Policies and Additional Information

• Minimum guest age is 25 years old (children traveling with parents are exempt).
• Occupancy limits: up to 6 couples or 8 singles.
• Excessive noise is prohibited at all times. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am.
• Noise or disruptive behavior after 10:00 pm in gated communities may result in fines.
• Extra person fees apply for guests beyond the 12th.
• Booking requires signing the Rental Agreement within 24 hours and acceptance of all terms.
• Pets are not allowed unless pre-authorized.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
• Events such as weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties are not permitted unless pre-authorized and an event fee is paid.
• Total occupancy must not exceed the contracted number of guests. The renter must disclose the full guest list.
• Only up to two children under 12 should be listed in the “Children” field; the first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Additional children must be counted as adults.
• Disorderly conduct, nudity, disrespect toward security personnel, and excessive noise may result in fines up to $3,000 without warning. Guests are responsible for these fines.
• A minimum stay of 7 nights is required for December 25 and January 1. If booking both holidays, a 14-night minimum applies.
• High school and college spring break groups require approval and an additional deposit.
