Policies and Additional Information
- Minimum guest age is 25 years old (children traveling with parents are exempt).
- Occupancy limits: up to 6 couples or 8 singles.
- Excessive noise is prohibited at all times. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am.
- Noise or disruptive behavior after 10:00 pm in gated communities may result in fines.
- Extra person fees apply for guests beyond the 12th.
- Booking requires signing the Rental Agreement within 24 hours and acceptance of all terms.
- Pets are not allowed unless pre-authorized.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
- Events such as weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties are not permitted unless pre-authorized and an event fee is paid.
- Total occupancy must not exceed the contracted number of guests. The renter must disclose the full guest list.
- Only up to two children under 12 should be listed in the “Children” field; the first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Additional children must be counted as adults.
- Disorderly conduct, nudity, disrespect toward security personnel, and excessive noise may result in fines up to $3,000 without warning. Guests are responsible for these fines.
- A minimum stay of 7 nights is required for December 25 and January 1. If booking both holidays, a 14-night minimum applies.
- High school and college spring break groups require approval and an additional deposit.

We had a wonderful time staying here! Honestly, the photos do not do the space justice. It’s stunning. We had plenty of room for 7 of us; our concierge Ruben was fantastic; and the host was very proactive is finding catering and activity recommendations. This is a very hilly area and lots of stairs, but we enjoyed walking the neighborhood and down to the beach for exercise. I would stay here every single time I come to Cabo!

Villa Cerca del Cielo was absolutely incredible, making our trip to Cabo unforgettable. From the onset, the host was responsive, communicative, and friendly. Once we arrived, we were created by our personal concierge who was a huge asset throughout the trip whenever we needed anything. The villa is breathtaking, the photos don't even do it justice. The place is huge, with each room having a separate entryway and bathroom, and the common areas having plenty of seating. There are breathtaking views of the ocean throughout the home and the place sits in the best neighborhood, Pedregal. There was daily housekeeping which was wonderful, they did a great job of keeping the place spotless. Overall, I would give this place 5 stars (more if I could!).

My group loved staying at Cerca del Cielo! The property was stunning and very comfortable for our group of 14. Amazing views of the ocean including morning whale watching! As a group of women traveling to Mexico, we felt very safe and secure in Pedregal. I also can't be more appreciate of our concierge, Pablo. He was very responsive and helpful at all hours of the day, and knowing that someone was keeping an eye on our group gave us comfort. Cabo Villas was fantastic to work with, helping us coordinate private chef catering and transportation. Looking forward to booking our next vacation through Cabo Villas.

I cannot say enough good things about this Villa!!! The host and staff were incredible! Truly a paradise! Photos are accurate and they really don’t do this beautiful home justice! There are A LOT of steps, too many to count but it doesn’t take away from the amazing home. It is just a warning for those who are not able to go up steps, as there is no way to avoid them. This was the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in with daily housekeeping service! This was truly a birthday trip of a lifetime. Our stay was with 10 people and we all had more than enough space.

This house had some of the most amazing views I’ve ever seen and is in a great location very close to town. Villacabos was fantastic to work with as well. My group loved the catering packages. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is amazing, Christina was outstanding and Ivan was incredible. We had a special dinner at the house and on very short notice Ivan was able to secure a personalized cake to round out the celebration. My only note to future renters is there is a lot of stairs and we had my parents with us and the stairs were a challenge for them. With that being said they loved the house all really enjoyed the large main level with the pool, very relaxing and the view was incredible.

This airbnb was beautiful, it really had the most amazing views, we felt like we were in Greece! The concierge Angel was accommodating and really helped us out with taxi's or anything else that we need. He answered his phone at 2am to get us a taxi! The house has a lot of stairs like they mention in the description, so it would probably not be ideal for someone with knee pain etc. Otherwise it's in beautiful pedegral, close to downtown cabo :)
