The Space

Pasatiempo is a recently renovated, modern home situated directly on Colorado’s surf break. It is adjacent to the Iguana Beach Club and just a 15-minute walk from the Panga Drops surf break.

This spacious and elegant house includes four bedrooms in the main building, with an optional casita available to add to your reservation. The property comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

Each bedroom contains two twin beds that can be joined to form a king-sized bed with a plush mattress topper. Every room has its own private bathroom, closet, safe, and air conditioning.

Two bedrooms are located on either side of the living area, featuring private entrances, direct ocean views, and private patios that connect to the main front patio. The other two bedrooms are satellite rooms just a few feet from the living space, offering partial ocean views.

The expansive patio provides stunning views of the world-class wave and includes ample outdoor seating, a refreshing pool, and a peaceful atmosphere.

The house is equipped with air conditioning in every room, 100 Mbps fiber-optic internet, and an automatic backup generator that powers the entire home during outages.

To ensure a comfortable stay, the property employs a full-time housekeeper, a night guard, and a pool cleaner/gardener who maintain the premises daily.

Guest Access

Guests have full and private access to the entire property. Adding the casita to your reservation incurs an additional fee.

Pricing and Occupancy

The base rate covers up to four guests. Additional guests incur an extra charge per person. The maximum occupancy is 10 people.

• Low Season (December, January, February, and October):
  $650 per night for up to 4 guests

  $25 per night for each child under 12

• High Season (March through September and November):
  $700 per night for up to 4 guests

• Thanksgiving Week:
  $750 per night for up to 4 guests
  $50 per night for each additional adult
  $25 per night for each child under 12
  Minimum stay: 6 nights

• Holidays (Easter Week, Christmas, and New Year’s):
  $850 per night for up to 4 guests
  $50 per night for each additional adult
  $25 per night for each child under 12
  Minimum stay: 7 nights

• Casita:
  $130 per night for up to 2 guests (all year except holidays)
  Holiday rate: $160 per night for up to 2 guests

Daily housekeeping is included in all rates. Please note that Airbnb fees are additional.

Meal Packages

Our meal packages provide a personal chef who handles grocery shopping, meal preparation, cooking, and cleanup.

Breakfast Options

• Pancakes, banana pancakes, French toast
• Eggs, omelets
• Gallo pinto, hash browns
• Fresh fruit, tortillas, or toast
• Served with coffee and freshly made fruit juices

Lunch and Dinner

Typically include a choice of meat (chicken, fish, beef, pork, or lobster) served with potatoes, rice, and/or tostones, accompanied by salad or fresh vegetables.

The chef can also prepare sandwiches, lasagna, tacos, burritos, pasta, hamburgers, barbecue, pizza, or any specific dish upon request.

If you prefer dining out at local restaurants, we offer reimbursement with prior notice.

Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to skip a meal to avoid over-preparation.

Pricing

Meal packages require a minimum of 4 adults and a minimum price of $500 per plan. Children under 12 receive half-price portions.

Groups of 4-6 People

• Three meals per day: $55 per person per day (includes non-alcoholic beverages and a snack basket)
• Two meals per day: $45 per person per day (includes non-alcoholic beverages)
• Dinner only: $22 per person (or $27 for lobster, shrimp, or steak; drinks not included)

Groups of 7 or More People

• Three meals per day: $50 per person per day (includes non-alcoholic beverages and a snack basket)
• Two meals per day: $40 per person per day (includes non-alcoholic beverages)
• Dinner only: $20 per person (or $25 for lobster, shrimp, or steak; drinks not included)
