My family and I can not even put into words how great of an experience we had. From the very beginning to end. The entire staff were beyond amazing, nice and accommodating; they went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The hotel is so beautiful and felt so cozy like a home. The pictures do not do the Villa justice; it looks even more beautiful in person. The space is very spacious, clean, and always smelled fresh. Now let's get into Jorge; Jorge is the real MVP there wasn't a thing that we needed, that was too much for him to arrange, Jorge was always prompt and recommended the best of everything we needed, he put us in touch with Cesar, who is also a gem. On the day we had our spa day planned was Colombia's independence day, somehow Jorge was still able to get us 3 masseuse. Jorge really is that guy, very respectful, accommodating, reliable and well connected. Jorge and the staff made the trip 10 times more enjoyable, we would definitely come back.

Food at the house was perfect. We also had food delivered which was amazing. The house ac was second to none. The staff was on point. I would Come back and rent again . They have juice, water ice available around the clock. That is additional cost but very accommodating. Thanks Jorge and Alejandro for being great host

Our stay at Hotel NOI was great! Jorge did an amazing job coordinating with us prior to the trip and during the stay as well! Staff were friendly and respectful, rooms were always clean, breakfast was delicious and the private dinner at the house was excellent. Jorge also helped us coordinate a day to the rosary islands on a 56FT boat, perfect day! We highly recommend staying at this beautiful house, and thank Jorge for his efforts to make our trip unforgettable.

I have been to a lot of Airbnb and this is by far the best. It is your own 4 star hotel. The description is accurate. Jorge was excellent. I highly recommend.
