It is independent and private, with a fully stocked kitchen, brand new quality appliances with all cooking preparation extras. The casita is an open space with kitchen, dining area, bedroom and bathroom. The beds can be configured as 2 single beds or 1 king size bed with top-quality mattresses, A/C and ceilng fans. There is an outdoor sitting area, outdoor shower, surf board rack, parking space and pool! It’s a deluxe home with everything you need and a 2 minute to the beach. The main house is occupied by the host and one other guest room. Therefore the pool is shared. Recently added is a Backup battery surge protector for WIFI to support online workers seamlessly throughout their working day. Guest access Shared pool with the host family and another guest room. Other things to note Our Family includes myself and my 2 teenage boys, 3 chill Nica rescue dogs named Otto, Enso and Isla and our Canadian Cat Tora. We offer laundry services, please inquire. A private chef can also be arranged for meal plans. ***Electricity costs in Nicaragua are some of the highest in Central America we kindly ask that you always turn off lights, AC and fans when you are not in the home and use conservatively. The rate includes A/C at night but we ask that you use it in sparingly in the day to cool off. The sleeping arrangement can be adjusted to either two single beds or one king-size bed, all fitted with high-quality mattresses. The casita is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a backup WiFi surge protector to support seamless online work.

The kitchen is fully stocked with brand new, quality appliances and all necessary cooking utensils. Outside, guests can enjoy a sitting area, an outdoor shower, a surfboard rack, and parking space. The property also includes access to a shared pool located with the host family and another guest room.

This cozy casita is ideal for surfers or couples and is just a two-minute walk from the world-class waves at Playa Colorado in Hacienda Iguana.

Electricity costs in Nicaragua are among the highest in Central America. We kindly ask guests to conserve energy by turning off lights, air conditioning, and fans when not in use. The rate includes air conditioning use at night, but daytime use should be limited to cooling off. This helps us maintain affordable pricing as a small family business.

For guests requiring 24-hour air conditioning or those working online, there is an additional charge of $15.00 per day.
