The Space

This beautiful country estate spans more than 6,000 square meters and is located within an exclusive subdivision surrounded by exotic, natural landscapes.

The property is ideal for both short- and long-term stays, offering a peaceful retreat in El Paraíso, just 60 minutes from Medellín.

It is located in the municipality of Barbosa, where spring lasts all year. The weather is generally pleasant, with temperatures ranging from 23°C to 25°C and rarely reaching 27°C. Fans are available for warmer days.

The property has a prime location and is easily accessible by any type of vehicle. Large buses are not permitted.

Discounts

Automatic discounts are applied based on the length of your stay:

• 20% discount for bookings of two nights
• 25% discount for bookings of three nights or more
• 30% discount for bookings of five nights or more
• 40% discount for bookings of seven nights or more
• 50% discount for bookings of 30 nights or more

Our simplified rates include applicable fees.

Other Things to Note

• The listing is for the entire property, which accommodates up to 16 guests in five comfortable bedrooms.
• This is a place designed for rest and tranquility. Please enjoy it responsibly and respectfully.
• Gatherings and celebrations with music at a moderate volume are permitted.
• Excessive parties and fireworks are not allowed.
• Pets are welcome. Please care for the furniture and prevent pets from climbing onto the furniture or beds or entering the pool.
• Pets must be included in the reservation, and a small cleaning fee applies.
• The reservation includes public utilities with reasonable consumption. Please turn off lights and appliances when they are not in use.
• Meal preparation and cleaning assistance are available from one person upon request. Advance reservation is required, and an additional fee applies.
