Apartment 4J in the Emerald Tower at La Isla Residences accommodates up to eight people. This spacious, quiet home is designed for families and friends who want to relax and enjoy the complex’s extensive facilities.

La Isla Residences is an exclusive residential community featuring:

The Space

This 200-square-meter luxury apartment includes three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and centralized air conditioning with individual controls in each area.

Occupancy and Electricity

The apartment accommodates a maximum of eight people, including up to two children under 12 years old. Guests aged 12 and older count as adults. No additional guests may enter the apartment.

Daily electricity consumption of up to $250 is included. If this amount is exceeded, you must add credit at the front desk to avoid a power interruption.

Daily maid service is mandatory and included in the nightly rate. Check-in and check-out cleaning is also included.

Guest Access and Required Information

Access to the complex is carefully controlled for the safety of guests and their families. Please complete the following requirements no later than 24 hours before arrival:

• Bring an original identification document, such as an INE or passport, for access and reservation verification.
• Send the INE or official identification of every adult in your group after the reservation is confirmed.
• Provide the vehicle’s make, model, and license plate number so access authorization can be issued.

Upon arrival, go to the clubhouse and provide:

• A refundable cash security deposit of $5,000 Mexican pesos, or the equivalent in U.S. dollars
• Your official identification
• Your signature on the General Regulations of La Isla

The security deposit and identification will be returned when you leave the complex, provided the stay has been completed according to the regulations.

Bracelets and Prepaid Card

After providing the cash deposit at the clubhouse, you will receive the following:

• Guest bracelets: Each adult and child over five years old receives a bracelet identifying them as a guest of the complex. The bracelet must remain visible throughout your stay to access the amenities, pools, and common areas.
• Prepaid card: This is the only payment method accepted at the restaurants and bars within La Isla Residences. You can add funds at the clubhouse and at most complex receptions. Cash payments are not accepted in the common areas.

The beach club has a restaurant with affordable meals. Its hours vary, but it is normally open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. A supermarket is also located a short distance away. The apartment has everything needed if you prefer to prepare your own meals.

Parking and Apartment Key

After visiting the clubhouse, go to the Emerald Tower reception to receive the apartment key. The reception staff can provide directions to apartment 4J and the assigned parking area.

The apartment has two assigned parking spaces arranged in tandem, one in front of the other. Please do not use any other parking spaces.

The private beach is approximately a five-minute walk away or can be reached using the complimentary internal transportation.

The Emerald Tower has a reception area and two large elevators. The complex includes eight towers: Bali, Capri, Emerald, Fiji, Grand Cayman, Hawaii, Ibiza, and Java. Each tower has its own pool and gardens, which may be used by guests staying in any tower.

Food, drinks, and spa massages are the only services that incur an additional charge. Amenities may be temporarily closed or have reduced capacity due to condominium regulations, repairs, maintenance, or directives related to the State of Guerrero’s epidemiological traffic-light system.

Noise and Community Rules

The apartment and building are new; however, occasional construction noise may occur because of repairs or maintenance.

Please respect the tranquility of the home and follow the regulations designed to preserve the complex’s privacy and peaceful atmosphere. Treat staff members courteously, as they are responsible for protecting and maintaining the property.

This is a family apartment, not a hotel. The goal is to provide a comfortable space where guests can feel at home.

Cleaning Service

Daily cleaning service is mandatory from the day after arrival through the day before departure. The service is included in the nightly rate, and the cleaning professional is fully trusted.

Guests may not hire outside cleaning staff. Guests may not use the washer or dryer. The cleaning staff can provide towel-washing service for an additional fee.

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in to the complex and apartment begins at 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out from the apartment and complex is at 11:00 a.m.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee of at least $500 Mexican pesos, subject to agreement with the host. The latest possible check-out time is 4:00 p.m., and early check-in may be available from 10:00 a.m.

These options are available only when there are no guests staying the day before check-in or the day after check-out. Please confirm availability and pricing if you require different hours.

A $3,000 Mexican peso fine applies if guests fail to leave the condominium at the agreed time.
