Perfect simple accommodations in a great location, 5 min walk to the beach, lots of food, coffee and music right around the corner. Across the street from Ibiza, one of the late night music venues, so be prepared to hear the beat until 3am. Did not bother us at all with the ac unit on in the room. Secure, easy parking. Only complaint was very poor wifi. Otherwise, it was exactly what we were looking for in the heart of Jaco beach. Host was very communicative.

I love this place. It is convenient and steps away from the beach clean and Juanita is amazing. Will definitely stay there again.

Juanita's place was perfect. Everything is really close and restaurants are very close. The beach is only a 5 minute walk. I would definitely stay there again.
