Casa del Penon is a luxurious property nestled in the prestigious Pedregal community of Cabo San Lucas. Located in the hills and within walking distance of the beach, this castle-inspired residence offers breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and surrounding mountains.

The home spans 14,649 square feet and features custom high-end finishes throughout, including fine marble flooring, granite countertops, and elegant onyx wall lamps.

Outdoor Features

Casa del Penon features one of the largest heated pools in Pedregal, along with a spacious jacuzzi and an adjacent sitting area with a firepit. These outdoor spaces provide a comfortable setting for relaxing while enjoying the surrounding views.

Optional Concierge and Villa Services

Optional in-villa and transportation services can be arranged through the concierge team. These services are separate from the accommodation price, must be requested in advance, and are subject to availability. All prices are listed in United States dollars.

Grocery Pre-Stocking and Delivery

Send your grocery list before arrival, and the villa can be stocked before check-in. Daily restocking may also be arranged during your stay.

The team can source everyday essentials, preferred brands, local specialties, organic products, beverages, snacks, and more. Guests are responsible for the cost of purchased items, plus applicable shopping and delivery fees. The total will be confirmed before the order is placed.

Private Chef Service

Private chefs can prepare breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, or provide full-day service at the villa.

Groceries and ingredients are not included in the chef-service rate and are charged separately. Typical ingredient costs are approximately:

• Breakfast: $25 per person
• Lunch: $35 per person
• Dinner: $45 or more per person

Meal service requires one butler for groups of up to 10 guests and two butlers for groups larger than 10. Applicable staffing charges will be included in the final quote.

A 25% seasonal surcharge applies from December 17 through January 6.

Private Butler Service

Personal butler service can assist with meal service, beverages, table setup, and general guest needs.

• One butler serves groups of up to 10 guests
• Groups larger than 10 require two butlers

Alcohol, wine, mixers, and other beverage supplies are not included and are charged separately.

• 60 minutes: $180
• 90 minutes: $220

Facials, manicures, pedicures, salon services, yoga classes, personal training, and additional wellness treatments may also be arranged. Pricing is available upon request.

Private Security

Professional multilingual private-security and close-protection personnel can be arranged for the villa, transportation, private events, or excursions.

Each service is customized according to the guest’s schedule, group size, and specific needs. Staffing options, availability, and pricing are provided through a private quote.

Weddings and Private Celebrations

Small private weddings, vow renewals, birthdays, anniversaries, and other celebrations may be considered with advance written approval.

The concierge team can assist with:

• DJs, mariachi, and live music
• Dancers and other entertainment

All gatherings must be approved before booking and comply with the villa’s occupancy limits, community rules, quiet hours, parking restrictions, and applicable local requirements. Open-invite or disruptive gatherings are not permitted.

Event fees, additional staffing, and vendor costs are quoted separately.

Reservations and Payment

All concierge services are optional and are not included in the nightly accommodation rate. Availability, inclusions, cancellation terms, and final pricing will be confirmed through Airbnb messages before a service is scheduled.

Any optional-service payment collected by the host will be requested through Airbnb’s Resolution Center. Services are not guaranteed until confirmed. Rates may change for future reservations, but the written rate accepted when a service is confirmed will apply.
