The space In addition to a safe space, the studio has all the amenities for an excellent stay: it has 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom with a large shower, 2 televisions, a kitchen area equipped with an induction stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, a rice cooker, a blender, a coffee maker, and cooking utensils. It also has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a laundry center inside the apartment. It also has free parking inside the condominium and 24-hour security. RULES - The property is located in a residential area, so noises that may disturb neighbors are not allowed after 10:00 PM. - It is necessary to send the full names of the guests and a copy of their ID in advance. - Visitors are not allowed during your stay. Anyone you need to receive in the studio will only have authorized access as an additional guest on your reservation by providing their full name with their ID at least 48 hours in advance for the owner's approval and authorization of their entry at the front desk. Failure to comply with this rule is subject to cancellation of the reservation without a refund. - Pool area: As a common area, the following rules must be followed: Do not eat or drink inside the pool. This was one of my favorite Airbnb's I've ever been to. It made me smile as soon as I walked in. It is beautifully decorated and well equipped for a comfortable joyful stay. Host was responsive and friendly. The pool in the complex is great too. I cannot wait to return!

This Airbnb is fantastic! Maria is a great host. I love this place because it’s on the north side of the city, the quiet side of the city. But jaco isn’t a big city so your still close to everything. The main strip is walking distance from this Airbnb. Also, it’s a short walk to the beach. I walked most mornings with my coffee to the beach. the apartment is brand new! Best apartment in the gated community 100%. The security is very nice. It’s a safe gated community. The security are very friendly and helpful. There is a big super store called Maxi Pali just a short walk away. I would go there for groceries and everything else you need. Amenities in the Airbnb are all brand new, and work very well! the Airbnb is decorated very nicely! It’s very comfortable to stay for short term or long term. I stayed for 2 months and very much enjoyed it! If you’re going to stay in Jaco and don’t want to be right in the middle of the downtown night life, this is perfect !

Disfrutamos mucho, la anfitriona es una agradable persona, el condominio tiene una buena ubicación, está lejos del ruido del centro pero cerca de todo. Volveremos sin duda alguna!

María Laura es una excelente anfitriona, me comuniqué mayormente con su coanfitriona y es sumamente amable. El lugar es muy lindo y tranquilo, el apartamento es igual a lo que aparece en las fotos, además, es muy limpio y tiene todas lo que se necesita. Un aspecto importante es que en el mismo Condominio se encuentra la persona que le colabora, por lo que en caso de requerirse algo está al alcance fácilmente. Además, las anfitrionas siempre responden rápido los msjs. Definitivamente regresaría.

Muy moderno y con todas las comodidades. Incluso el Sofá es delicioso para dormir, el baño limpio, decoración de muy buen gusto y equipada con todo. Dentro de una propiedad que ofrece privacidad incluso en temporada alta. Muy bien ubicado cerca de zonas de interés, playas, restaurantes, supermercados. La anfitriona muy amable y siempre buena comunicación. muy recomendado.
