The Space
Welcome to Pacifico L211, a beautifully designed two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium in the heart of the exclusive Pacifico resort community in Playas del Coco.
Located on the second floor, this retreat combines modern luxury with tropical charm and offers the comforts of home within a five-star resort setting.
The open-concept living area includes:

The oversized terrace overlooks the shimmering resort pool and lush gardens. With morning sun and afternoon shade, it is an inviting place to enjoy coffee, cocktails, or a quiet moment in the peaceful Pacifico setting.
The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with separate his-and-hers vanities. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed, while a full bathroom is conveniently located just outside the door. This layout is ideal for two couples or small families traveling together.

Please note that Pacifico L211 is accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator in the building, so guests with mobility considerations should plan accordingly.

Pacifico Beach Club
Guests may access the Pacifico Beach Club for $35 per adult per day, with $25 credited toward food and beverages. The Beach Club features:

- Fine dining at Blu Bar and Alma Santa Cocina Latina
- Views of the Pacific Ocean
A complimentary shuttle operates between the condominium and the Beach Club.
Pet-Friendly Policy
Furry friends are welcome, subject to approval. Each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size, with a maximum weight of 35 pounds. A recent photo is required.
The following fees and conditions apply:
- Refundable pet fee of $200 per stay
- Additional cleaning fee of $50 plus 13% per pet
- Maximum of two pets per reservation
- Pets must remain on a leash in all public areas within the property grounds
- Pets must be verified at least 24 hours before check-in
Certain properties and complexes may have additional rules or registration requirements. If guests arrive with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.
Owners are responsible for their pets’ behavior and any resulting damage. Pets may not be left unattended inside the property. Contact us with any questions about the pet policy.

Things to See and Do Near Pacifico L211
Pacifico L211 is conveniently located for exploring Playas del Coco. Shops, grocery stores, coffee bars, and restaurants are just outside the Pacifico gates. The beach is also a short walk away, offering opportunities for swimming, paddleboarding, and enjoying memorable sunsets.
Coco Bay is a departure point for fishing, diving, and snorkeling excursions. Guests can also take a catamaran cruise for a day of ocean exploration.
For inland adventures, visit Rincón de la Vieja National Park or Diamante Eco Adventure Park, where activities include ziplining, wildlife viewing, and visits to volcanic hot springs.

Excellent place, location, security, privacy, and above all, the friendliness of the staff. The place's impeccable cleanliness makes me want to come back many more times. I have traveled extensively, staying in many places, but none as clean and well-equipped as this one.

I enjoyed the ease of checking in, quick and helpful responses prior to check in. I was not able to get in an earlier check-in as I requested- I understand that early requests can't always be granted, but what was frustrating was not knowing if I will/will not get an early check-in only 24 hours in advance, despite asking several weeks ahead, and days ahead- I was told to just be watchful waiting. There is plenty of parking on site. I enjoyed the Pacifico Beach club- which also has free parking across the street, I did not use their shuttle. What was disappointing though was to find out two days in advance that one of the full days I would be there the Pacifico Beach club was not available due to a private event. The shower is extremely cold- so much so my kinds were screaming and crying. The sinks have hot water, but the showers do not. I sent Joanna a message. For this reason I would not stay here again, as I do not enjoy cold cold showers. My kids enjoyed the beach toys !

Joanna’s place was great, the Pacifico community is beautiful and peaceful, great place to stay with family or friends, you can say that the community it is at the heart of el Coco beach but the apartment is located far from the main road, walkable distance to everything you need, but still far from any noise, there is one restaurant on the floor below Joanna’s apartment so if you want to have a traditional Costa Rican Breakfast (Gallo Pinto) you don’t need to go very far! The apartment was great, very clean, very spacious, very secure, the amenities provided were also great, the place is just as described.

The unit was nice and location were nice enough. The pool out back was great and there’s a nice grocery store within walking distance. There are a bunch of restaurants and bars right down the street and the beach is close by. There were some minor miscommunications about check in details but they responded to our questions quickly and thoroughly.

Great location in a safe and welcoming area. The condo was clean and well maintained, and the amenities were good for a comfortable stay. It’s also conveniently close to stores, restaurants, and everything you need, which made getting around very easy. Special Places Property Management and Joanne were quick to respond and very helpful whenever we had a question. The ocean is just a short distance away, about a 10 min walk, making it easy to enjoy the beach, sunsets, and everything the area has to offer. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay.

We had an amazing time at Joanna’s place in coco beach. We were traveling with our 18 month old toddler and it was the perfect location for her and us. We played in the pool every day and there are tons of shallow areas that are very child friendly. We enjoyed walking into town in the evenings for dinner and ice cream. The beach is also walkable and a nice spot to relax and watch the sunset and play in the sand. Joanna’s place was absolutely spotless. We felt very comfortable here. Muchas gracias.
