The condo has 4 pools facing the beach and another 4 with incredible and beautiful views of Banderas Bay and beautiful views of the Sierra Madre Mountains on the other side.
The property includes 3 flat screens, HD smart TVs with Netflix access, WiFi. Marble floor with luxury finishes, solid parota wood carpentry. Ceiling fans and air conditioners in all bedrooms as well as in the kitchen and living room. Our stay was excellent. The place was very clean, nice and very well maintained. The house has a very nice pool, and both it and the other common areas were always impeccable. The ocean view is beautiful and makes the experience even more special. Also, the restaurant has very good food. We also want to highlight that Samantha was always very attentive to us and made sure that everything was fine during our stay, which is greatly appreciated. The only downside was that the elevator broke down when we were leaving. This made it a bit tricky to carry our luggage and all our belongings up the stairs. Out of that detail, everything was great. It is definitely a very nice, clean and pleasant place to stay. We highly recommend it.

There are many rules within the condominium, but it is certainly a beautiful place. The place is just like the photos. Samantha was very friendly. She let us in a little earlier and was very kind.

It is a very nice villa, with spacious and comfortable rooms. Bedrooms with ocean views. Very tidy and clean. Everything works properly. The beach, just a few steps away, is very quiet; there are no waves. It looks even better than the photos, and the view from the terrace is great for watching the fireworks over the bay. There is a restaurant on the premises that serves delicious dishes. I would definitely come back.

Absolutely stunning villa in the perfect setting. I felt very safe in our location. There is a small restaurant close by that served excellent food and drinks. It is a short drive into PV or Sayulita for day trips. However, we never wanted to leave the villa because it had everything. It was quiet and peaceful to just sit on the deck and watch the whales in the bay. The pool on the deck was the cherry on the cake! Our only regret was not booking an extra week in this paradise. Thank you to Saamantha, who was a wonderful host.

The amazing outdoor space and view of the bay/ocean is the gem of this apartment. Lots of room to lounge and sunbathe and cool off in the plunge pool. Inside the bedrooms were spacious with good storage space plus each bedroom had their own bathroom which is good if youre traveling with multiple people - or to give yourself more space to sprawl. The onsite restaurant was just steps away and had great drinks and food. The spa was a nice retreat and worth scheduling a visit. Plenty of areas to play around the complex or you can just chill by yourself.
