The Space
Casa Sueño is perfectly situated right on the white sandy beach in downtown Los Barriles. It is just a short stroll from restaurants, grocery stores, and all essential amenities. This location is ideal for a memorable vacation with family and friends.
The house is a recently renovated traditional Baja-style home featuring a cozy and inviting interior. Most rooms offer spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez. Enjoy tranquil outdoor living with beautiful sights from the garden and terraces overlooking the beach, ocean, and distant bays and coastlines. Relaxing on the terrace while listening to the waves and the breeze through the palm leaves creates a truly peaceful atmosphere.
The main house includes three bedrooms:
- Upstairs master suite with a California king bed, full panoramic ocean views, and a private patio
- Bedroom with a queen-size bed overlooking the front garden
- Beachfront patio bedroom with two twin beds
Air conditioning and ceiling fans are installed throughout to maintain comfortable airflow from the ocean breeze.
A charming detached Casita studio offers a private entrance and bathroom. It is furnished with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and an overhead fan.
The property also provides:
- Two stand-up paddleboards
- Two cruiser bicycles
- Various amenities suited for families, groups of friends, or romantic escapes

Casa Sueno has it all. A feast for the eyes and therapy for the soul. The grounds are immaculately kept with native cacti, palms and florals, with ample spots to rest. Whether you want full sun or shade, there is plenty of furniture to accommodate your needs. The beach side of the house has a great lounging area where we could watch hummingbirds visit the aloe plants, manta rays jumping in the surf, kite surfers taking advantage of the breeze and an occasional breaching whale. We fished from shore every day, took quads to the waterfall and tide pools. Lots of places within walking distance too. Met so many wonderful people. Like they say, “no bad days”. The house and casita were perfect for our needs. Powerful WiFi signal - very reliable! One brief power outage that we barely noticed. A/C worked like a champ. No problems with plumbing. Two large bottles of drinking water provided. The private patio off the master was a nice feature. Loved this place & will return for sure.

We had a glorious stay on the beach. First class accommodations with a classy management company there for all our needs and desires. Hats off to Wolf Management. Jo was so sweet and Lisa. So helpful. See you in a few months💕

This property was everything we hoped & more! The location was perfect, as the house sits at the end of a private drive, next to a hotel, so there is not a public beach access for quite a ways in either direction, so there were very few other people on the beach in front of the house. We enjoyed watching the boats go out every morning, and then the water was perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and paddling right in front of the house. There was plenty of snorkel gear in the laundry room. We also used the beach chairs, and umbrella each day. The rooms were all very clean, as were the bathrooms and kitchen. The AC units all worked very well, although the upstairs bathroom got a little warm and stuffy. We spent most of our time on the beach, or hanging out on the back patio. There is a gate so you can drive your ATV right onto the sand as well. Wolf Mgmt was really helpful; meeting us with the keys, arranging transportation, and connecting us with a home chef. We hope to return!
