Guests have full access to the entire house and all its amenities.
Additional Information
Housekeeping and Butler Service
Housekeeping and butler service are included in the reservation price. Two butlers and one housekeeper are available from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with the possibility of having meals during their shifts.
The team will assist with cleaning, cooking, bed-making, and other household needs. In Colombia, it is customary to share meals with staff. To ensure smooth service throughout your stay, guests are kindly asked to include the staff members in meals.
Pets
Pets are welcome with prior authorization and an additional fee of $50 USD per pet. A maximum of two pets is permitted.
Please follow these guidelines:
- Dogs are not allowed in the pool.
- Dogs are not allowed on sofas or beds.
- Please clean up after your pet.
- Guests are responsible for covering the cost of any damage caused by their pets.
- Pets must be friendly toward the staff assisting during the stay.
- Pets must not relieve themselves inside the accommodation.

Cleaning and Housekeeping Fees
The Airbnb cleaning fee and the housekeeping service fee are separate.
The cleaning fee charged through Airbnb covers preparation of the house before arrival and cleaning after departure. The additional housekeeping service fee covers services provided during the stay and must be paid directly to the staff before check-out.
Air Conditioning
One bedroom has air conditioning. The remaining bedrooms are equipped with fans.
Check-Out
Flexible check-out times may be available depending on the booking calendar. If the house must be prepared for arriving guests, the scheduled check-out time must be observed.
Unauthorized late check-outs will be treated as an additional night and charged accordingly.
Bed Configuration
The single beds in bedrooms 3 and 4 are optional and will be prepared upon request.
Events
The property may accommodate certain events, including weddings and barbecues, for an additional fee.
To preserve the tranquility and order of the property, loud parties and events are not permitted. Any other event must be coordinated and approved in advance to ensure that all requirements are met.

An incredible stay. The house is spacious, beautifully designed in a traditional style with modern amenities, and every bedroom has its own bathroom. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day, and they were always happy to help, even going into the nearby town if we needed anything. The views across the mountains and valley are absolutely stunning, and the lush gardens filled with colourful native birds make the property even more special. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

We had an exceptional stay. The entire property is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and set in an unbeatable location with stunning valley views. Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere was peaceful and special. The outdoor spaces were a real highlight. The pool was perfect for our children, and the jacuzzi in the evening was ideal for relaxing. We also enjoyed a great barbecue, well supported by the staff. What truly stood out was the service. Mateo was highly professional and responsive throughout the booking process. During our stay, Angélica, Luz Dary and José were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The food prepared by Angélica and Luz Dary was simply outstanding and added a very special touch. We travelled as a family and created unforgettable memories. It was also a pleasure to meet Andrés, the owner, who was equally kind and attentive. Highly recommended, we would gladly return!

Our stay was absolutely incredible! The house is stunning, the views were spectacular, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Mateo was very responsive and Angelica and her team made everything possible to make us feel at home. Angelica pampered us every single day and made our time here truly unforgettable. She even helped organize a beautiful surprise for my dad’s 70th birthday, which meant so much to all of us. Because the house is located in a more remote area, it’s important to plan ahead, expect to drive about 40 minutes from the nearest town. The serenity and beauty of the place make it absolutely worth the distance. Thank you for an unbelievable stay. We can’t wait to come back!
