4BR Villa in San Carlos District

We are a family from USA and were on vacation in panama city and wanted to get away to the beach for a few days we were really in for a treat as this house is as good as advertised marcela was east to talk to and communicate with House was almost touching the water and had great big sliding doors that gave the whole house a rela beach feel the outdoor multiple spaces were amazing and the wrap around pool was huge Thanks For a great stay

We enjoyed the house with our family. It's a true mansion with all the confort. The club house at the condominium was the best for our little kids. And there were top restaurants in the area. Javier who is the housekeeper was superb. Very kind and always there. The house is extremely large, with many spots to enjoy. All super clean, all working. I know how hard it is to maintain a house like this so special thanks to the owners. Congratulations.

Great spot! More expansive than you think and great location and pool!

A magical stay from start to finish! We spent 14 days in this gorgeous villa. It has 4 very spacious bedrooms, comfortable mattresses and each had ample closet space and a huge bathroom with shower. We were greeted by Marcella the host and Javier the groundskeeper. We felt very safe knowing Javier was there 24/7 locking the house gate every night. On top of that, the house is in a gated community with restricted access to limited guests. The house itself is quite impressive! Driving through the house gates you quickly realize how massive the house is, with its car port and separate guest home for the groundskeeper. As you enter through the main doors, there is a very long and beautiful marble hallway through which you can see straight through to the ocean. The 4 main bedrooms are the front of the property. The second part of the house consists of an office, laundry room, dining room, powder room, kitchen, living room and access to the basement. The house was very well kept and we also had the help of the lovely Reina to help us with laundry, cooking and cleaning. She and Javier made our trip that much more easier and pleasant. The best part of the house is its many outdoor lounging areas. The sun terrace faces the ocean with sun exposure all day into the late afternoon. You will find lounge chairs and many sitting areas. The barbecue area is where we had most of our meals. It allows you to stay in the shade with fans keeping you cool. Every pieces of furniture was high end, very comfortable and well taken care of. The pool is an L-Shaped infinity pool that wraps around the house and which allows you to be in the sun from sunset to sunrise. It also has a glass bridge from which you can dive into the pool, get into the hot tub or simply cross over to the sun terrace. On the side of the house there is a staircase that leads down to the beach. We weren’t certain how close we were going to be from the beach but needless to say we quickly found out that we were on the beach, just a few steps down. In fact, when the tide was too high we had to either wait for it to recede or drive to the marina. Finally, the basement was a real bonus for the kids, with a big comfy sofa, pool table and lots of space to run and play. The marina was very nice and is less than 5 minutes away from the house by car. We rented a boat for a day which was expensive but totally worth it. We were very close to supermarkets and convenience stores, less than 15min by car. We also drove to Coronado where we found lots of restaurants and cafés. Needless to say, you need a car. Beautiful house, with a 180 degree view of the ocean, very private, very safe and close by to many attractions. Keep in mind that although GPS will tell you that you can drive to Panama city in 1 hour and 20min, it took us close to 3 hours every time. The trick is to leave very early or very late in order to avoid the bumper to bumper traffic. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone! Thank you Marcella, Reina and Javier!!

Excellent house, impeccable facilities, no doubt it has been the best beach house we have ever been. With everything in the house there was no need to go out to the beach.
