Really good communication from Florence, made us feel comfortable before we even got there and we felt like we knew what to expect . Our stay at Ana y Jose was amazing . The staff was friendly and attentive. Our favorite server Alejandro never kept us waiting and made us feel like family . The food at the beach club was delicious and kept us coming back for more . Unfortunately on our first night the water was turned off for scheduled maintenance and we were not told until we went to the front desk asking what was wrong and our doors were left open for cleaning on our last day so our rooms ended up with ALOT of mosquitoes in them . Both problems the staff was understanding and did their best to fix and we were not truly put out by . We would hands down return and stay here again .

Beautiful welcoming place by the ocean. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was that unfortunately we were not able to stay due to the hurricane. I’m definitely looking forward to rebooking this amazing place when I return to Tulum in the near future.

Ana and Jose place was super nice, great location. All the staff members were sooo nice. This young guy at the valet area he was the best, always helping us with any question. Super easy Beach access right across the little main street. Definitely I will stay here again. Thank you airbnb, Florencia and Ana y Jose hotel.
