Excellent, 100% recommended. Everything is very central, and it's a luxury accommodation.

Very clean beautiful home. Like super clean. They had everything we needed including beach stuff, chairs, umbrellas, kitchen stuff. Anything you can think of, they had. The decor was also so beautiful and tastefully done. The only thing I wish they had was black out curtains for the windows in the bedrooms for the morning but it was fine, it got us up early to start the day. We also couldn’t use the jacuzzi the first night because I think the heat was turned down so it took a really long time to heat up but it was good the rest of the time. I would recommend setting it to 100 the day people arrive so it’s available that night. The host was very friendly and attentive for everything we needed and the staff at the condos were very nice and helpful. We highly recommend this property

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place has everything you need to feel right at home. We felt safe and secure and enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean and the coming and going of the cruise ships. This place is great for couples with kids as there are three separate bathrooms. Close to some excellent local restaurants and 10-15 minutes drive to the beach and tourist area near the marina. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Amazing condo- exactly as described and in pictures. Very clean and had EVERYTHING you could need- well stocked kitchen, Sonos speakers. There was even complimentary beer, chips and salsa/ guacamole and coffee on arrival! Hosts were absolutely fantastic- offering concierge assistance well ahead and persisted to reach us when we couldn’t find the place in the dark after a flight delay. Also sent maintenance immediately for a minor issue. Only drawback was dirt road access to development, but is on the way to being paved.

Really great set up, everything close by. Grocery stores, restaurants, downtown, etc. The kitchen is set up with everything you could possibly need to cook, a true chef’s kitchen. Great view, especially from the top deck. The dirt road on the way in needs a lot of help but other than that this place was fantastic.

Exactly as described. Perfect place for 3 adults and my two kids. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Everything from beach equipment to kitchen essentials. The outdoor space was amazing. We used it every morning. Very quiet neighbourhood. A close drive to downtown Cabo/Marina. Only took 5mins. Host was very responsive to questions and requests. Would recommend!

Stayed for about a month and had a great time. The owners spent a lot of time and care to provide all the comforts of home. They went above and beyond to stock extras you don’t normally get in an Airbnb such as anything you could possibly need for a day at the beach to a nice variety of kitchen spices. The location is exactly as pictured so if you like what you see, book with confidence it is what you will get. The Ronival team was very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is wonderfully quiet and has more residents/owners than tourists - which is what we wanted. Though many might recommend a car for this location, we used Uber and it was very easy to come and go. Our rides cost less than a daily car rental - but keep in mind we were just two people. If you have a big group, then a car rental might be more comfortable. The grocery stores are close, and downtown is 10-15 mins depending on traffic. The neighborhood is off of a dirt road, but we had no problems. Would stay again!

This place was great for our group's stay in Cabo. Close enough to downtown and easy to get to - but in a quiet neighborhood that was relaxing. Wonderful view as well! We had a couple issues with hot water and power that were not in the host's control, but they were resolved quickly - communication was great.

Fantastic place in a great location. The view is incredible and all the amenities were top notch. Best for 3 couples but I’m sure a couple of kids could fit in addition to that too. The rooftop bar jacuzzi area was amazing and made us not even feel like leaving the place at times. Definitely need to rent a car, though, downtown Cabo San Lucas is not a long Uber, but if you plan on visiting San Jose (highly recommend) or Todos Santos having your own transportation is much more convenient. All in all 10/10
