The beautiful beaches of Tulum are approximately 20 minutes away by car, with access to beach clubs and public beaches.

Both hotels are approximately six minutes away on foot. A minimum food and beverage consumption is required:
- Bardo: 500 Mexican pesos per person, for adults only

Important Information
Power outages are not uncommon in Tulum. We do our best to keep guests comfortable when they occur, but please be aware that they are possible. When the power goes out, the water supply is often still available. These services are typically restored within a few hours.
Please use the towels reasonably, as they are not changed daily. Keep them in the condition you would like to receive them. Stained, damaged, or lost towels will be charged at the replacement cost.
Insects are also a natural part of life in the jungle. The villas are fumigated twice a month, but insects may still occasionally enter the property. This is normal in the surrounding ecosystem and does not indicate an unclean space. Please avoid harming them, and be aware that exposed food may attract them.

Everything was great about the place, only issue were bugs and temperature of the pool but besides those two things everything was exactly how Mariana described and I would definitely book again with her.

Mariana place was great for our group trip. The villas were private with security at night, clean, 10-15 mins from the Tulum strip via cab, and everything was clean. She helped with cabs and other accommodations throughout the whole trip in a timely manner

Our group of 12 absolutely loved this chic jungle villa. Perfect size for 3 families with teens. From morning to evening, we had a blast, whether it was at one of the beach clubs, zip lining parks or just eating a delicious meal at home. Mariana & Jessica were responsive and helpful 24/7. We highly recommend!

My friends and I booked 2 villas from 3-8 Aug and they were very beautiful accomodations. Centrally located, although not very walkable. Everything was clean and the Tulum boho chic style was prevalent throughout the house. Very nicely decorated. Jessica, was super helpful and attentive to our needs throughout the visit. Answered all questions quickly a d coordinated several taxi rides for us. The only two issues-- BUGS, please be advised that it is practically in the jungle so they are everywhere. We couldn't enjoy the sunken living room because of the jumping beetles and scorpions. More importantly, the layout of the villa doesn't allow for proper security. The upstairs where the bedrooms are located are only accessible using an outdoor staircase, with a sliding glass door at the top and bottom. The upstairs glass door's lock wouldnt lock so we wedged a bench there at night. After walking upstairs for the evening, there was no way to truly lock the bottom floor.

This was a great experience! The villa was clean & we were greeted by the house manager to explain the villa. The staff made it easy by grocery shopping for us, airport transportation, and calling taxis. I recommend the chef & bar service it was excellent! Anything you have concerns over, the team responds right away to fix the issue. I’m very happy with my stay and the service provided. Definitely check it out it’s worth it.
