Built in the heart of Rancho Santana, this unique home sits above it all in on 4 acres of serene privacy, designed by international award winning architect Dorel Ramirez. Casa Pura Vista has views from every perch, with attention to every design detail including an infinity pool, outdoor shower, and plenty of living space to feel as though you are staying in a modern day castle with acres of undeveloped foliage leading to the world's finest private surfing, swimming, and paddling beaches.
The space Explore everything Rancho Santana has to offer: restaurants, activities, beaches, and scenic nature walks throughout the property. Your rental includes resort fees for all registered guests.
Casa Pura Vista sits high above the coastline, offering sweeping 180° views of the ocean and surrounding beaches. To reach all five beaches, a vehicle is required, and a 4x4 is strongly recommended for easy access.
Guest access Guests have access to Rancho Santana facilities including their restaurants, clubhouse pools, and all beaches. This home is not part of Rancho Santana’s Rental Program. However, resort fees are included in rental rates, and guests will have access to full offering of Rancho Santana’s resort amenities and services. Register with the concierge and participate in their many programs, including a spa, gym, Kids Club activities, surf lessons, paddle board lessons, horseback riding, fishing, yoga and art therapy in an environment almost as beautiful as our home. The house comes with a house manager originally from Florida, a staff for cleaning the pool and house (daily, if requested at an additional fee otherwise weekly). For a small additional fee, we will make it easy on you, from picking guests up at the airport, helping you shop for groceries, and delivering you to the doorstep of one of the most beautiful and awe inspiring homes on earth. Guest fees are calculated on a sliding scale depending on number of guests. The main house has a master bedroom which is used when the house is booked for 2 guests. The room across the hall is then used for guests up to 4 or 5. Only when the house has 5 or more guests booking the home does the master suite, a separate structure, become available to guests. Or upon special request, the master suite can be secured for additional fees should a couple wish to stay there versus staying in the main house master bedroom.
Other things to note Casa Pura Vista is located in the Rancho Santana Resort.
Location & Accessibility: Rancho Santana is expansive, with many homes perched on steep cliffs. Even waterfront homes often require a drive to the beach. Casa Pura Vista is not on the beach but accessible to all Rancho beaches via private or RS transport.
Privacy & Beach Access: Ideal for those seeking privacy and access to five stunning beaches.
Transportation: A 4WD rental car is highly recommended for all properties within Rancho Santana.
Services & Amenities: This is a self-catered property, though concierge services may be available. We do not have a cook and cleaning is budgeted at one cleaning per week though additional services might be available for additional fees. All guests must be pre-registered with Rancho Santana and will then have full access to the resort’s amenities.
A Note on Pest Control & Guest Preference To keep pests at bay in our tropical environment, our standard prep includes treating all floors and walls with an insecticide prior to your check-in. However, we want your stay to be as comfortable and tailored to your preferences as possible! When my own family stays at the property, we prefer to skip the chemical spraying—and while tropical climates always carry the potential for insects, we have personally never been bitten by anything venomous. If you would prefer that we skip the spray treatment during your stay, please just let us know prior to your arrival and we will gladly accommodate. Rest assured, regardless of your choice, all sheets, pillows, and linens are thoroughly inspected and freshly prepared before you step through the door!

What a beautiful place to relax, enjoying the amazing ocean and nature views. I definitely want to come back and 100% recommend it. Daniel and Thomas were super clear and kind with all the instructions. Very attentive and helpful.

The hosts were great & very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t rent again. The home is very far from the beach and hard to get to. The air conditioning didn’t work correctly and there was an electrical issue which caused the light around the pool deck to shock 2 of the guests. The hosts did try to help and I appreciate them. The view is really nice & once the electric stuff is worked out it’s a nice house.

Daniel’s home was the perfect place for our stay at Rancho Santana. It was comfortable, spacious, and had absolutely stunning views. The home itself is beautiful and had everything we needed. Just a heads up—you’ll definitely need a 4x4 vehicle to access both Rancho Santana and the property, as the roads are quite rough. Some of the furniture could use a bit of updating, but that’s totally understandable for a rental home. Tom, the house manager, was extremely helpful and always available whenever we needed anything. His attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again.

Casa Pura Vista was so good to us! The location within Rancho Santana is both unique and convenient. We loved being entirely secluded yet having the amenities of a world class resort. Everything was easy to manage from booking airport transfers to offsite tours. Daniel and his contacts make your stay easy and comfortable. We surfed, saw sea turtle hatchlings, rode horseback, ziplined, and made the best family memories in the infinity pool. The house itself is well appointed with all the comforts of a modern home. Would highly recommend and absolutely stay again.

Daniel’s place was stunning. The location was private yet accessible by car to Rancho Santana’s Club House & beaches. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were comfy with more than enough linens. We had plenty of space for our family of 4. The house was tastefully decorated. Tom, the house manager was very responsive & helpful when dealing with a few minor issues we encountered. The views were spectacular and we would gladly recommend Daniel’s place to others guests.

A highly recommended house with a beautiful view, in a very quiet place with very nice comfortable and cozy rooms, a complete , clean and pleasant kitchen and Tom the person in charge is very helpful and always attentive to any inconvenience ,watching the sunset from the terrace is spectacular.

This house is amazing! The living room with floor to ceiling windows, the open kitchen, and wrap around deck blended together perfectly. Gorgeous place that will have anything you need, and want. You should stay here

Casa Pura Vista is an exceptional home in a exceptional location. The owner of the home, Daniel Miller is equally as exceptional !! Daniel went through great lengths to be sure my 3 month stay here was comfortable and possible. He assisted me with making reliable travel arrangements (Covid 19 has created a lot of airline chaos), he then put me into contact with the house manager here in Nicaragua as well as a driver that would transport me from Managua to Rancho Santana where the home is located. The check in was simple. So what is it that I loved?? Simply put... I loved everything. First and foremost the home is a masterpiece... unique in its architecture and landscaping, the views of the Pacific are spectacular.. The privacy here is unparalleled yet you can drive 5 minutes down the road and enjoy 5 star dining and 3 separate restaurants, and for a 7-10 minute drive you can enjoy the Emerald Coast along the Beautiful Pacific on 5 distinct and separate beaches. I hardly ever saw anyone on the beaches and virtually had them all to myself. The natural Beauty around the home and entire Rancho Santana community is unique. This place is NOT overdeveloped. The home itself has a second story balcony with mesmerizing vies of the Pacific with sunsets that are never the same but ALWAYS beautiful. The house manager "Tom" was always available for everything in a prompt fashion. I must say I hardly asked for anything.. But Tom always came through prompt and efficient. Can I suggest ant improvements??? NO, I cannot. Casa Pura Vista requires no improvements. This is a high end property and is worth every bit of what the cost may be. I spent just over 3 months here and without reservation I give every aspect of Daniels home and his business professionalism as well as his supporting team here in Nicaragua a 10 out of 10 star rating. I am trying to work with Mr. Miller on future yearly visits on a regular basis moving forward. This is a unique stay, a luxurious stay and whatever it may cost.. its 100% worth it!!!
