The villa is within walking distance of two popular restaurants and a marina, making it an ideal base for exploring Vista Mar Beach & Golf Resort.
Access to the beach club is available only to residents or guests staying for more than two months.
Important Information
- The jacuzzi does not have hot water; it is cold only.
- Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee, depending on the requested time and availability.
- A complimentary starter set of toiletries is provided upon arrival, including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper. Once these supplies are used, guests are responsible for purchasing additional toiletries for the remainder of their stay.
- Although the area is very safe, robberies have been reported in unoccupied properties. To help protect your belongings and the property, please keep the villa locked at all times and ensure it is locked upon check-out.

Beautiful house, exactly as it appears in the listing. There were four families (16 guests), and we were all very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, each with its own private bathroom, and the house was clean and well equipped, including beach towels. Our only observation was the pool. During the first two days, it required several checks before it could be used with peace of mind. Two children suffered minor cuts on their feet, and small fragments of glass and cigarette butts were later found both in the pool and in the lawn area. We highlight the quick response from the hosts, who coordinated several inspections and cleanings until they were sure the area was safe. Manuel was very kind, the maintenance staff acted professionally, and they also had the nice gesture of offering us a late check-out. Overall, we recommend the property.

The house was exactly as described and accommodated our family of 9 very comfortably. The outdoor space was so inviting and relaxing and the pool was maintained regularly. The host was incredibly responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

The location of the house is amazing. It's on a hill that gives you a breeze all day. The house is as spacious as the ad indicates, and it is very, very nice. But It has no bedroom for the service, nor a social bathroom. The caretaker is a wonderful person, always ready to help. Some details were missing, there are no hand towels in the bathrooms, there was nothing in the kitchen, not even paper towels, the pans and pots are extremely old and that made cooking difficult. The jacuzzi does not have a heater and at night the breeze is cold. Overall, it's a nice property. Quiet, spacious, highly recommended. Thanks for having us!
