Pool
The pool temperature is approximately 27°C during the warmer season, from March through September. From October through February, the temperature is approximately 25°C.
During the colder season, the pool can reach 29°C with six hours of heating service. Heating the pool to 31°C requires eight hours of service and costs an additional $2,000 pesos per day.
The boiler operates for a maximum of six hours, with firing hours from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
Pool heating costs $1,500 for six hours of service, with a maximum temperature of 30°C. Additional heating time is available for an extra charge. The boiler will not be turned on until payment for the service has been received, without exception.

Everything was great. This is the second time we have rented the house. We are a soccer team, and the goals that the house has and the volleyball court make the stay enjoyable. The pool is super nice and Nancy and Mr. Socorro's service is always excellent.

Excellent accommodation. The accommodation is just as it appears in the photos. He was always attentive to my needs. The pool water was warm, with the boiler barely warming it, until the next morning. Everything works perfectly. The only recommendation is that hygiene items, such as brooms, mops, and the like, be available, because we had to ask for them, but they were provided to us without any problem.

Nancy's space is just as shown in the photos. It is spacious, clean and comfortable for more than 10 adults. The pool table, the clay court, and the pool are a plus to keep guests comfortable. In my case, I was traveling with children, so considering a slide and swings set or a wooden playhouse would be great for the little ones in the family. Communication with Nancy was always easy and clear, and she responded super fast. It is located near the market and there is easy access to convenience stores. Highly recommended for large groups. Nancy was very flexible with schedules. Mr. Soco, who is in charge of the space, was always attentive to our arrival and to what was needed.

Highly recommended. My family and I were very comfortable. Very nice spaces, a very large pool, and a well-kept garden. We felt in touch with nature. We would definitely go again.
