Location

Jade Coast is a modern luxury villa located one block, or approximately a one-minute walk, from world-famous Tamarindo Beach. Downtown Tamarindo is just two blocks away, with restaurants, nightlife, and shopping nearby, making a car optional.

The Space

This single-family villa offers a convenient location within easy walking distance of the beach and town, approximately 100 yards away.

Jade Coast includes:

• A main house with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms
• 2,700 square feet of living space in the main house
• Two detached studio apartments, each measuring 350 square feet and featuring one full bathroom
• A private pool
• A large covered porch
• A partial ocean view from the second floor
• Free parking directly outside the house

Sleeping Arrangements

Jade Coast accommodates up to 15 guests, with 13 guests in beds and two guests on the pull-out sofa.

• One twin-over-full bunk bed
• One queen pull-out sofa

Beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and other personal-use items are also provided.

A travel crib can be arranged through the concierge team upon request. Cribs are subject to availability and incur an additional charge.

Security Cameras

For added security, four cameras are installed on the property:

• Two cameras monitor the backyard perimeter
• One camera is positioned at the front corner of the house and faces the front yard
• One camera is located at the main entrance, covering the front door and garage area

Wildlife

Wildlife is often visible near Jade Coast. Guests may commonly see howler monkeys, exotic birds, friendly iguanas, and pizotes in the nearby trees.

Guest Access and Check-In

Check-in takes place at our office in Tamarindo, only a few blocks from the property. After booking, the concierge team will contact you with check-in instructions and can assist with tours, airport transfers, and rental cars.

To maintain the security of all guests, the identification of the person who made the reservation must be presented at check-in. Thank you for your cooperation.
