The Space
Jade Coast is a modern luxury villa situated just one block (about a one-minute walk) from the renowned Tamarindo Beach. The villa is also only two blocks from downtown Tamarindo, where you can find restaurants, nightlife, and shopping, making a car optional during your stay.
This single-family villa offers an ideal location in Tamarindo, with the beach and town just 100 yards away. The main house spans 2,700 square feet and includes:

Additionally, there are two detached studio apartments, each 350 square feet with one full bathroom.
The property features a private pool, a large covered porch, and a partial ocean view from the second floor. Free parking is available directly outside the house.

Book it! This place is perfect! Everything about it is perfect, great location, it’s a 5 min walk to beach and restaurants. We walked everywhere the whole time we were there. (With 5 kids) There’s also a pharmacy down the street which is convenient. great/helpful host, spacious house, clean. Everything about it was perfect I would definitely stay here again if I come back to tamarindo.

This villa was fantastic!! Had everything we needed for a big group, felt safe and cozy, and any problems we faced were fixed within a few hours. The bluezone group handled our many requests with ease, and the shuttle drivers took great care of us. Cons: power can sometimes be out in the area, out of the villas control. We came in to no power for 45 minutes. Also, the bottom bedroom of the studios got super hot in the middle of the night, until they got maintenance to fix it. Minus a few power problems here and there, the actual stay was fantastic. Thank you for taking great care of us!

Very pleased with the spacious interior and deck outside the pool. Plenty of beach towels and we loved using the boogie board at the beach.

Jade coast #3 was a dream!!!! It exceeded me and my groups expectations! Was incredibly cool with the air conditioning, pool was cleaned by workers often, house was cleaned for us half way through the week - including all the workers being lovely - and incredible security that we felt super at peace and safe. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else! The location was also optimal. 5 minute was to all the restaurants and a 2 minute walk to the beach! Couldn’t have asked for a better place for my friends and I to stay!

Beautiful and comfortable place with plenty of space to accommodate my group of nine people. Excellent location a block from the beach and plenty of great restaurants. Enjoyed relaxing in the pool and appreciated the ample seating and beach towels provided. Hosts were very responsive to our questions. Only complaint is that when we brought up issues that we encountered with the dryer and dishwasher after experiencing a power outage, hosts responded in passive aggressive manner saying we should have told them sooner despite not encountering these issues until we attempted using the appliances.
