Guests can also unwind in the shared infinity pool, which offers beautiful ocean views.
Beach Access
Playa Blanca is approximately a three-minute drive or an eight-minute walk from the condo, with direct access through the main entrance. The beach features blue water, white sand, and lifeguards, making it a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the coast.
Optional Beach Club Access
Guests may arrange access to the private Beach Club Punta Leona for $10 per person per day. Access includes:

- Beach chairs and services at Playa Blanca and Playa Manta
Beach Club access requires 48 hours’ advance notice, and availability may be limited during certain seasons.

It is an excellent apartment, very nice and spacious, it has the pool right behind, and it is equipped with everything, the host is an excellent person. It has the beach nearby but it is to go by car, on foot, it would take a long time and it is uphill.

The place is private, safe, and quiet. The views are spectacular. It's got everything you need to have a great vacation. The pool is great, and the proximity to the beach (500 meters) means you can easily walk there and back, even with children. Anne is an excellent host, friendly, and always attentive to answering any questions, before and during the booking. I definitely recommend it and would love to return.

This place is now my standard for a 5 star stay. It was spotless. Every amenity was there with extras. I loved that the cookware feels new and well taken care of. Also Anne provides towels to go to the beach, and another set to use in house. There are beach chairs, boogie board amd cooler you can take to the beach as well. Everything met and surpassed expectations. Definitely will come back again
