This particular villa boasts one of the best views of the bay. It comes fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a 55-inch smart TV in the living room and high-speed internet for your entertainment.

The villa includes roller shades and blackout curtains in both bedrooms, as well as roller shades in the living area. Upstairs, the bedroom contains two queen beds, a walk-in closet, a full bathroom, and a balcony with a panoramic view of San Juan del Sur Bay. The downstairs bedroom offers a queen bed, a twin bed, a walk-in closet, and a full bathroom.

You will find all the essentials to ensure a pleasant and convenient stay.

Guest Access

Guests may park on the street in front of the villa. The hilly compound can be navigated either on foot or by car, depending on how much exercise you prefer.

Amenities and Additional Information

• The pool area and clubhouse are shared with other guests.
• Electricity is billed separately. Moderate use of air conditioning and appliances is advised.
• Please remember to turn off all units when leaving the villa.
