Natural light fills the interiors, which feature clean lines, vibrant colors, custom-designed furnishings, and original fine-art photography and sculptures by the owner, an established professional photographer from New York.

Flexible Four- to Five-Bedroom Layout

• Master suite: A 30-foot oceanfront retreat with a private Jacuzzi, spa-inspired walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. The suite can be converted into a fifth bedroom using the comfortable queen-size sofa bed.
• Three en-suite guest rooms: Three additional modern bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, provide privacy for couples or groups traveling together.

A private elevator eliminates the need to navigate the steep hills and takes you directly to the cliffside base, where you can step onto the golden sands of the world-famous, gay-friendly Los Muertos Beach. Blue Chairs and the renowned Mantamar Beach Club are just steps away.

Zona Romántica is entirely walkable. For destinations farther away, including the historic Malecón and Marina Vallarta, taxis and rideshare vehicles can reach the secure building lobby within minutes.

Other Things to Note

Casa Bianca is located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta’s most desirable, energetic, and culturally vibrant neighborhood. As the area continues to experience significant development, occasional nearby construction may occur and is difficult to predict.

Los Muertos Beach is also a lively entertainment hub. Two excellent rooftop beach clubs nearby play music on select weeknights and weekends. Previous guests have not found the music disruptive, but guests seeking complete silence should consider the nearby club activity and bustling urban atmosphere before booking.

House and Booking Guidelines

To protect the custom furnishings and fine art, while maintaining a peaceful environment for all residents, the following guidelines apply:

• Party policy: Large bachelor or bachelorette parties and high-volume group parties are strictly prohibited.
• Age guidelines: The primary renter must be at least 26 years old. Due to the high-floor layout and custom décor, children under 16 cannot be accommodated.
• Guest verification: All guests must provide a copy of a valid government-issued identification document before check-in for secure verification purposes.
