Eucalyptus Villa, part of Hacienda Iguana, provides a unique vacation experience centered on barefoot luxury. This cozy boutique property includes only four bedrooms and stunning shared areas, all set within Hacienda Iguana’s breathtaking landscaping.

Each piece of furniture in the rooms is crafted from locally sourced, naturally dried laurel wood—the region’s most common hardwood—combined with leftover construction materials such as steel rebars and framings. The wood claddings and drop ceilings are made from shou sugi ban fire-treated pine, an environmentally friendly technique developed in Japan during the 17th century.

The large bathroom features custom-made colonial tiles, concrete vanities with a bald finish, and vintage accessories, adding character and depth to the space.
