Villa Mango is situated in a safe and peaceful neighborhood, just 750 meters from Cahuita National Park, the beaches, and local shops. The park is approximately a 10-minute walk away.
Thanks to its convenient location, the property is accessible day and night by foot or car via a small path.

High-speed 300 Mbps fiber-optic internet is available throughout the property, making it suitable for remote work, video calls, and streaming.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including:
- Both houses
- The rancho with barbecue facilities
- The swimming pool
- The large tropical garden
Privacy and Host Availability
Your privacy is a priority. I live in the neighboring house and visit only in the morning to maintain the pool.

- The property does not have air conditioning. It was designed for the tropical climate, with high ceilings, large screened windows and doors, excellent natural airflow, and numerous ceiling and floor fans throughout the house. These features help keep the house comfortable without air conditioning.

Fui con mi familia y nos encanto el lugar, todo muy limpio y además Yves fue muy amable y respondía super rápido a nuestras inquietudes, tuvimos un problema con una llave y el lo soluciono en el momento, nos recomendo sitios cercanos y hubo muy buena comunicación, quedamos satisfechos con el lugar, muy hermoso y habian muchos animalitos que llegaban a la propiedad 🫰🏽

Excellent choice in Cahuita. We really enjoyed it. The house is very nice and fully equipped for cooking, and we even used the grill. Yves is very attentive, responds quickly, and was very flexible with our check-in and check-out times. The entrance to Cahuita National Park is 750 m away (a 10 min walk).

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay and an Amazing Host! My family and I had a wonderful stay at Yves’s beautiful property near Puerto Viejo and Cahuita. Yves was an exceptional host: warm, welcoming, kind, and genuinely thoughtful. He also speaks French, which was especially appreciated by members of my family. He made us feel comfortable right away and shared excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We tried Aroma Café, which he suggested, and everyone loved it! The property is unique, peaceful, and full of character, surrounded by lush tropical gardens, trees, coconuts, lemons, and beautiful greenery. It felt like a relaxing artistic retreat. The accommodations were spacious and perfect for groups, with multiple bedrooms, kitchens, a living area, and a pool. We only stayed one night, so we did not get to enjoy everything, but we would have loved to stay longer. Yves made our short visit truly special and felt more like a friend than a host. As a party of 8, we were very comfortable at Villa Mango. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed having two houses to spread out in. The teens took one house and the adults took the other! The pool was wonderful and we also enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. You will hear some road noise from the main road, but it did not bother us at all (we were also there during a very busy holiday week, so the traffic was likely heavier than usual). The property is walkable into the town of Cahuita and the national park/beach. We went to the beach several times, enjoyed the national park trail (runs along the beach) and went snorkeling. Yves is an excellent host - he was proactive with suggestions on places to visit and eat in town, checked in on us via Whats App a few times and also offered to drive us around to give us the lay of the land. Wish we could have stayed longer!
