A complete disappointment, an overrated place, it is an old and neglected "hostel" with the price of a 4-star hotel, the only thing that can be redeemable is the service of the employees, but the whole building is in terrible condition, old and rotten wood in all the facilities, all the photos are misleading advertising, an ordinary pool all divided with zero lighting at night and in the photos you can see incredibly cute and illuminated, all the murals faded, the wooden floors moved when one was walking, literal is falling that place, and it is extremely expensive, that room is not worth more than $25pp in any other place. Rooms with a terrible smell of humidity and super small, a literal bed that is a cot with just sitting one sinks and sounds awful, it's not a place to rest there was a party like until 1 am. We are simple people and adapted to anywhere but in relation to price we had high expectations, a failure.

Selina is a great place but it needs better maintenance. I'm really sad to say that the fridge was disgusting! The smell coming out of it was exactly like driving near a trash landfill. The colorful 3 floors building featuring in the main photo is falling apart, no one stays there, there's red tape for people to keep out of there, and the painting has faded so much, it looks like the photo was taken 20 years ago. Biggest disappointment though, there were ZERO windows in our bedroom! No natural light whatsoever. For the price, I just don't think that was worth it unfortunately. On the positive side, the pool is still very nice, location is great and overall staff were very helpful.
