The Space
Nestled in the hills surrounding magnificent Lake Arenal, Villa Vista Rosa is a spacious estate with breathtaking 360-degree views of the lake and volcano. It is well suited to family vacations and group retreats, offering a fresh, spring-like climate, rainforest wildlife, a dipping pool, and air-conditioned bedrooms.
The surrounding area provides plenty of activities, including:

- Dozens of nearby restaurants
Nuevo Arenal is approximately 15 minutes away.
Main House
Bedrooms 1–4 are located in the main house, along with Bathrooms 1–3.
Bedroom 1 includes an adjoining sunroom with two sofa beds. Sliding doors allow the sunroom and bedroom to be separated.
Pool House
Bedroom 5 and Bathroom 4 are located in the pool house, which is a studio apartment near the dipping pool. The pool house is accessed via outdoor steps.

A gorgeous property with a stunning view! We loved the open floor plan and outdoor space. The sunroom off of the master suite was the perfect place to listen and enjoy the rain. Our host was friendly, proactive and made sure we had everything we needed. Fabulous trip!

It says it sleeps 12 but I'm not sure the math adds up. I also should've looked a little closer to the photos of the rooms to count beds. Either way, we were still able to sleep my family of 6 very comfortably. Overall, this place was awesome for anyone who wants access to high-tourist areas like Tamarindo but don't want the overcrowding of it all. We were very happy to be able to go into Tamarindo and then escape back to Playa Grande for the evenings. My biggest regret is not finding all the cool little niche places in Playa Grande sooner. The house was great, access was easy, and everything (other than space) was completely as advertised. We were very pleased and we will absolutely go back here the next time we visit Costa Rica. Pura vida!

It's a very nice place, quite large. I recommend it! The only thing was that we couldn't use the pool because it was very dirty.

This beautiful home is exactly as pictured. We had a great time staying here with our family. The pool is lovely and the home had no surprises. Whatever issues we had were immediately handled by their fantastic property manager, who was incredibly responsive and communicative and helpful. This home is in a complex that requires you to wear wristbands so it did feel very safe.

If you like great views and getting away from tourist-saturated areas, this is the place for you! Great location for getting to local activities and sights (~60-90 minute drives), while having a peaceful base to return to at the end of the day. The plunge pool is a nice way to cool off at the end of a hot day, and the Starlink internet is super fast.

The view is stunning. The house is nice and large. The home is very weathered. The road up to the home is fairly treacherous.

Unique remote location with excellent view of Arenal Volcano and Arenal Lake. We had a great time in the house.
