The villa is fully equipped to accommodate up to 24 guests and includes dedicated concierge service. For larger groups, it can be combined with the neighboring five-bedroom twin villa, Villa Twilight Tree.

The estate spans 4,500 acres of historic ranchland in Costa Rica’s Guanacaste Province and Nicoya Peninsula, offering a peaceful setting alongside a range of curated activities.

Villa Noches - Luxury 1001 is surrounded by a pristine tropical environment. Guests may occasionally encounter local insects, which are harmless and reflect the region’s exceptional biodiversity. These visitors are a natural part of the vibrant ecosystem surrounding the villa.

From the terrace or while walking along the golf course bordering the property, guests may also spot scarlet macaws (Ara macao) with vibrant red, blue, and yellow feathers. A pair nests in a large nearby tree, offering a unique wildlife-watching opportunity.

External Providers

For the security and comfort of all guests, external providers entering the gated community or visiting and working at the villa must be booked exclusively through the concierge team.

Special Events

The property welcomes weddings, celebrations, corporate retreats, and other special events. All events must be arranged through approved event professionals, including wedding planners, caterers, chefs, DJs, entertainers, and other vendors.
