Condo Coral

Condo Coral is a fully remodeled residence at Hacienda de Mita, located within the gates of Punta Mita Resort, home to the Four Seasons and St. Regis properties.

The condo offers views of the golf course and the sea. A private, secured gate provides convenient walking access to the village of Punta de Mita.

The residence underwent an extensive, top-to-bottom remodel and upgrade, completed at the end of 2020.

The Space

Condo Coral features 3,900 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, and four and a half bathrooms.

Please note that the washer, dryer, and cleaning supplies are stored in this room. The housekeeper needs to enter and exit the room regularly, so it may not be suitable for adults or older teenagers.

Golf

Golfers can enjoy either of the two Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses. The original course was voted the best resort course in the world by Condé Nast Traveler in June 2006 and features the famous “Tail of the Whale” hole, which requires a 170- to 210-yard carry to the only natural island green in the world.

Guests also receive a reduced rate as unaccompanied guests for green fees.

Housekeeping and Concierge Services

The housekeeper works Monday through Saturday and is also available to prepare breakfast during your stay for an additional cost.

The concierge is fluent in English and Spanish and handles check-in and check-out. Concierge services can also arrange:

Beach Club Access

With the Premier Membership, guests have complete access to all beach clubs, including Pacifico, Surf Club, Kupuri, Sufito, and St. Regis.

Effective January 6, 2026, all beach clubs will charge a one-time fee per person, per stay, paid directly to the homeowners association:

• Adults and teenagers: $50 USD plus value-added tax
• Children ages 5–12: $30 USD plus value-added tax
