The Space

The location is unbeatable, with Mamita's Beach Club only a one-minute walk away and Coralina just two minutes on foot. Despite being in the heart of the entertainment district, the street remains peaceful and secure, providing a restful environment at any time.
The condominium is brand new, offering high-quality apartments and facilities. It is perfectly positioned between the beach and 5th Avenue, surrounded by beach clubs, restaurants, bars, and various clothing stores. The property includes very fast Wi-Fi.
Intermediate cleaning is available upon request, subject to availability, with an additional charge of 50 USD per cleaning.

We stayed here for a week during the holidays and unfortunately had ongoing issues with the air conditioning. From the moment we arrived, the AC in the penthouse was not working properly. We were temporarily moved to another unit where the AC worked, but it was not the penthouse we booked. After two nights, we were required to move back, and the AC continued to fail repeatedly. Maintenance came multiple times, but the fixes were temporary and the issue was never fully resolved. Christian, the co-host, genuinely tried to help. He was responsive, polite, and clearly understood our frustration, and I want to give him credit for that. However, despite the efforts, the apartment was uncomfortable for most of the stay. While a partial refund was issued, it did not reflect the number of nights affected or the downgrade in accommodations, especially given that this was marketed and priced as a luxury penthouse. For future guests, I strongly recommend confirming that the AC works!!!!

Fabulous location a short walk from the beach and all the shops and restaurants on 5th Ave. The only thing that spoilt our stay was the extremely loud karaoke every night from the bar across the street. It was that loud we felt like they were actually in the room with us. Appreciate the fact we’re on vacation but sometimes it’s just nice for some peace and there’s something we did not get staying here.

AMAZING VIEW!!!!! From living room, 2 bedrooms, huge balcony and roof top!! That’s what was important to my family, and we got it!!! Great place, condor for our family of 6, spent lots of mornings on roof watching sunrise and having coffee! Close to everything, helpful staff, great to get chairs at Mamitas included! 3 of 5 nights were really loud from the bar downstairs across the street.. if you care about noise, you will care.

Place was amazing. Was exactly what was listed. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Having washer and dryer was great though-out the week Would definitely recommend the unit. Great location being close to the beach as well as 5th ave. Unit also has beach club access with two chairs and an umbrella. Host was also very good and very fast to respond.

Had an awesome stay at Chuzo’s Rental ! The place was super clean, in a great location, and the rooftop views were amazing — perfect spot to relax after a day out. Communication with Christian was easy and quick, which made everything smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

Alojamiento cercano a playa mamitas y la quinta avenida. Bien equipado, camas muy cómodas. Piscina de espacios comunes agradable. Estacionamiento de fácil acceso. El personal de Oceana amables. Como tip llevar repelente para mosquitos.

The host have been really great with us and all the staff working in the complex. We had some water issues caused by the A/C compressor but it was fixed quickly. The location is central, 3 suites which is ideal for a group and the terrace is spacious with beautiful view on the ocean. I recommend this place.
