Escape to The Coconut House, the newest property at Treasure Beach. Located on Utila’s beautiful South Shore and accessible only by boat, this luxury beach house accommodates up to 12 guests.

Surrounded by peace and natural beauty, the property is ideal for relaxing, reconnecting with family and friends, and enjoying the island’s coastal setting. The concierge team can assist with your needs and arrange activities and services, including:

• Fishing
• Scuba diving
• Trips to town for shopping
• In-house dinners
• Additional services upon request

When you rent The Coconut House, the entire property is exclusively yours. The home includes more than 2,500 square feet of living space across the lower two floors, plus a 1,000-square-foot loft. It is rented on a sliding scale to accommodate smaller, more intimate groups as well as up to 12 guests.

An additional 1,900 square feet of covered verandas provides ample room to spread out and unwind:

• 1,100 square feet upstairs
• 800 square feet downstairs

The home is tastefully furnished with high-quality tableware, bed linens, and towels. Shaded verandas are ideal for lounging and afternoon naps, while the beach and private two-story dock offer additional places to relax, complete with loungers and tables.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

There are two bedrooms on each floor:

• The ground floor has two bedrooms with queen beds.
• The first floor has two bedrooms with queen beds.
• The spacious loft includes two open-plan bedrooms with two twin beds each.

The home features air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, along with internal staircases connecting the floors.

Each of the four main bedrooms includes:

• A queen-size canopy bed
• A walk-in closet
• A large en-suite bathroom
• Double sinks
• Granite countertops
• A spacious shower enclosure with a rain showerhead
• Built-in shelves and seating

Each queen bedroom also has a sliding glass door providing exterior access. The ground-floor bedrooms open toward the beach, while the first-floor bedrooms lead to the large wraparound porch.

The loft contains two open-plan bedrooms separated by a partial wall, with two twin beds in each room.

Great Room

The spacious, open-plan great room combines the kitchen, living room, and dining areas. Multiple modern sliding glass doors and a soaring 28-foot ceiling with a cupola provide abundant natural light.

The doors from the great room are screened and open onto a wide wraparound veranda featuring:

• A grill
• A six-person dining table
• Daybeds
• Expansive views of the beach, ocean, private dock, cays, and mainland mountains on the horizon

Kitchen

The gourmet kitchen is equipped with:

• Energy-efficient stainless-steel appliances
• Quartz countertops
• A dishwasher
• A large dining table seating eight
• A spacious kitchen island seating four

Private Dock

The large, two-story private dock provides easy access to the vibrant coral reef directly in front of the property. The upper deck is well suited for:

• Sunbathing
• Stargazing
• Reading
• Celebrations

Enjoy the cooling breezes and sweeping views of the coral reef below, or watch the sunset over the cays.

Additional Properties

For larger groups, arrangements can be made with partner properties to include the PINEAPPLE House and/or CORAL House. Each can accommodate an additional eight guests.

The PINEAPPLE House and CORAL House are located approximately 300 feet from The Coconut House along Treasure Beach.
