This is place is exactly as described. We had a good stay just a little hiccup as the city lost power the day we arrived and electricity came back next morning. I wish the backup battery would’ve kick in sooner but other than that our stay was lovely. Everything is close by, neighborhood is secure. The host was very responsive with my questions. They place was very clean, my husband and I felt am like at home. I will definitely stay here again.

I would like to thank Kemar, Coco and Tania. A wonderful team of people working on this property. Coco and Kemar have been amazing at getting back to me with any questions,’for which I am truly grateful. Coco recommended Tania to be able to collect me from Managua also, at a really reasonable cost. I have since requested Tanias help to get around Granada etc, and she is punctual and generally an all round fantastic woman! Thank you all for a wonderful stay!! ❤️

We've stayed here before. We keep coming back. The place is close to the main restaurant street as well as the lake. The place is comfortable and communication with our host has always been great.
