This recently built studio apartment, designed by us, comfortably accommodates up to three guests. It is situated behind the ice cream shop and Side Bar within the Commercial Area of Hacienda Iguana. Guests staying here enjoy full access to the community's amenities, including the golf course, beach club bar and restaurant, and the beach club pool.

You will have the advantage of being close to two renowned surf breaks—Panga Drops and Colorados—eliminating the need for a long walk from Gigante.

Location

The apartment is located in the Commercial Area of Hacienda Iguana, surrounded by various establishments such as two bars, a taco shop, an ice cream store, and a spa. This lively setting offers convenience but may not suit those seeking complete privacy.

Additional Details

• The electric bill is the responsibility of the guest and is charged separately from the monthly rate.
