We had a good stay, but the check-in process was complicated and stressful. The host required all guests to pre-register through Hospy before I could enter. I was planning a dinner with friends and did not know who would attend, making six registrations difficult. Hospy was not user-friendly; it felt like the guest was doing the host’s check-in work. Hospy also requires guests to accept its terms and data policies, adding another layer of personal-data terms not disclosed on Airbnb. The Morph building required an online contract not disclosed on Airbnb. It included a security deposit, undefined “excessive utilities,” potential liability after checkout, and required confirming the unit was satisfactory before inspecting it. Resolving this took about two hours. I had to explain everything again to the receptionist. The apartment was fine, but the check-in process needs improvement.

I highly recommend this place. Absolutely fantastic building great location. The place is brand new Stunning view. Great amenities if you’re lucky enough to find this place book it.

Everything was spectacular. They provided the information very well. It was easy to find. Everything was very nice, organized, and well-equipped. The decor, the location, the size – everything was spectacular!! I recommend it 200% Sandra is also a spectacular host!

I am so happy that we found this place in Medellin. It was the perfect spot and perfect apartment for my family and I. After a long travel we stepped inside and it was a breath of fresh air. Gorgeous!! I felt like home. One of the things we loved is that each room has its own private bathroom and plus one half of bathroom added. So convenient, especially because we were attending a wedding and we all could have our own bathroom and not having the need to wait for a the bathroom to be available. Easy! We got ready fast. This place was comfortable, spotless and cozy. It was everything that we needed and more. The host was attentive and friendly. Clear instructions, easy access. The security was another factor that we looked for. We felt safe and secure. They were very profesional and helpful. This building is beautiful and clean. The pool, gym, sauna etc… was very clean and every area was treated with respect. The view was stunning. Sandra thank you! Till we stay again. 🤗

This place was an absolute gem. I felt like I was in the middle of the jungle, yet had all of Medellin at my fingertips. The view of the treeline is even better than the photos, 24/7 security was comforting and secure, and the amenities were top notch. The upper work area (20th floor?) was an awesome place to take in the views of the city / mountains while effectively having my own office. Great location for a few days or to camp out for a few weeks and get access to Medellin’s weather / culture.
