Condesa Apartment

The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. One member of our group arrived earlier than expected, and they made it so easy for him to get settled. The apartment was absolutely stunning—beautiful, spacious, spotless, and stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms were especially comfortable and roomy. The hosts also left us great restaurant and activity recommendations, many of which we tried and loved. The apartment is in the perfect area, with plenty to do and so many amazing restaurants nearby. The building’s security staff were also very kind and helpful. We stayed here to celebrate a birthday, and everyone in our group had nothing but rave reviews. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again. We will definitely reach out the next time we visit!

Our family absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect, just steps from Parque México, and the hosts provided many great suggestions for local eating. The beds were super comfortable and the blackout shades were excellent; the filtered tap water was incredibly convenient; and the property managers were extremely responsive. But the best part was the gorgeous outdoor space!! My tween & teen loved the hammock, my parents-in-law loved playing cards at the outdoor dining table, and my husband and I loved drinking our morning coffee on the outdoor sofa!

Our stay was wonderful. The space was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again!

Kevin’s place was beautiful, we were blown away by the terrace and the in unit washer/drier was perfect for our trip! He was communicative and accommodating of our early check in as we were coming from another stay. Would live there if I could.

We were really very satisfied with Kevin's house. The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures. Very spacious and well-maintained rooms. The house is very well equipped. We spent very pleasant days at this house. I highly recommend it! Eder

This apartment in Condesa was the perfect spot for our World Cup trip. It’s a comfortable apartment with a great outdoor terrace and excellent location. Rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

This oasis was SPECTACULAR!! We had a party of five adults, all with differing interests; this condo was the gem everyone needed for a weekend getaway to CDMX. Some chose to veg in the patio hammock with a book & some tea, while others explored the sites, shopped, and took part in the glamour of the Condesa nightlife. After some nights out on the town, the peacefulness of the birds chirping with some morning coffee on the deck, was truly one of my favorite parts of the whole experience. Thank you, Kevin, Laura & Alicia, for being such amazing hosts!!

Fantastic indoor and outdoor space. Great layout with a fabulous kitchen. The outdoor space was perfect to kickback on during our children’s nap time and before or after dinner. The location is also 10/10. Anything you need within steps. Coffee, pastries, restaurants, street food, bars. Close to two huge parks, Parque Espana and Parque Mexico. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay. My family loved this place in Mexico City. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved this spot! Perfect location but also tucked away enough that it was nice and quiet when time to sleep. Beautiful apartment, lovely patio, very comfortable bed. Felt very safe with 24/7 security. Easy seamless check in and out. Walkable to many great restaurants and parks. Would definitely recommend.
