Location

Villas de Palermo is a gated community set back in the hills of San Juan del Sur. The high elevation offers breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and the Bay. The location is a short ride from the beach, providing a relaxing atmosphere for families or a romantic getaway.

Guest Access

• Stairs to the master bedroom
• Stairs down to bedroom two and bathroom, kitchen, and living room areas

• No pets permitted at the pool or restaurant

Other Things to Note

• Water in the villas is not potable; we recommend bringing your own water. The resort sells 1-liter bottles for $10.
• Electricity is not included in the rental price ($0.35 per kilowatt consumed). The typical daily cost of electricity is $5 to $8 if used conservatively.
• White towels in the villa are not intended for pool or beach use.
• A pet fee of 20% of the daily, weekly, or monthly fee applies. No pets are allowed at the pool or restaurant.
