Villas de Palermo is a gated community set back in the hills of San Juan del Sur. The high elevation offers breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and the Bay. The location is a short ride from the beach, providing a relaxing atmosphere for families or a romantic getaway.

- Electricity is not included in the rental price ($0.35 per kilowatt consumed). The typical daily cost of electricity is $5 to $8 if used conservatively.
- White towels in the villa are not intended for pool or beach use.
- A pet fee of 20% of the daily, weekly, or monthly fee applies. No pets are allowed at the pool or restaurant.

Communication was easy and timely! Vila and location is beautiful, with a great view. I was glad to finally have hot water in Nicaragua lol. It was clean and we really enjoyed the sweet kittens on site. Security team was impeccable, very polite and hard working men.

We went for Eastern vacations and it was perfect, we loved the views and how close it was to all the restaurants and main attractions. Also the fully equipped kitchen was a bonus, we will definitely go again.

Valeria was a great host any issues we had were responded to and dealt with quickly. Overall a great place to stay, very safe and a good staff. Good value for the price.

Valeria’s villa in Villa de Palermo was great! It was spacious, had an awesome view, and felt very safe since the condominium is gated. The location was perfect driving distance to San Juan del Sur town and the surrounding beaches. Valeria was also very quick to respond during our stay.

We loved our stay there. The check in and check out was so easy. The place felt very safe and there were security guards always around on our level. Not just at the front gate. The view was amazing, and it was very peaceful and tranquil. We can't wait to come stay here again next time.

The villa is very nice and quite comfortable! I would recommend it only considering that the amount of kws (energy) consumed per day is quite impressive even without having used the a/c much, since only one of the two rooms was used and at night. It's not the price of the kw, it's the amount that is marked on the meter, since more than 20 kws per day were marked, when in Managua, having an a/c in my entire house and using two almost all day every day, that amount of kws per day is not marked. It made me wonder if the A/Cs are not updated to be energy efficient or if the meter is reading correctly. Just keep that in mind. Other than that, everything was super good!
