This apartment is located in Santo Domingo, the most exclusive place in Managua. It is a small new house in an enclosed property with the main house (owners) and another new apartment. This apartment is a one large bedroom with a queen bed, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom. It has a terrace, a garden and a shared big swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped, also 4K TV, Air Conditioner, ceiling fan, private parking. There are plenty of restaurants under 5 minutes' drive. The space This new apartment is a small independent house located in the spacious garden of a secured enclosed property. Another apartment is available on the same premises, with same characteristics as this one. Guest access Parking, swiming pool, garden, pool terace with 1 exercice machine. Other things to note Consumption of electrical energy is included in the price for stays up to two weeks. For stays over two weeks a deposit of $50.00 will be requested, and electric consumption will be billed at a cost of ($0.25/kWh), according to meter reading. New deposit will be requested if necessary. Bedding will be changed every eight days, cleaning of the apartment will be done every four days providing clean towels. For your clothes washer and dryer will be available with a cost of $10.00 per use. Other arrangements for cleaning services are possible.

We spent a month at Sharon's place; it was a great stay. We would recommend it to all travelers who want to visit Nicaragua, especially since Sharon and Gérard are really very nice.

Sharon’s casita was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was cozy, well-equipped, and clearly cared for. One thing to keep in mind (not at all the hosts’ fault) is that the road leading to the casita can take a few days to get used to if you have a low car, as it may scrape a bit at first. After a couple of days, though, you learn the best way to access it without any issues. Overall, a lovely place and a great stay!

The place is beautiful, very nice, very well located, the best area of Managua. The host is a sweetheart, she helps you with everything and is always attentive to everything and very kind. i'll be back....
