The space The house it's located in a central area of Managua, it's close to Malls , groceries stores ,supermarkets and restaurants , in a very quiet and save area inside a small and gated community . Other things to note AC is available in two of the bedrooms . If your usage exceeds 15 kw / daily use there will be a surcharge of $0.50 per kw. However, for most people's needs, 15 kw daily should provide enough AC to be comfortable.!! For extended stays we offer cleaning the house , changing linens and towels for US $ 25 .00 ea. The house it's located in a gated community if you are driving your car you will be just fine, to get taxis or public transportation for your own ,you will have to walk a few blocks, otherwise we can give you some recommendations about taxis or car rentals or another type of private transportation.
