Estación 13, creative stay
The space has 3 private rooms furnished and equipped with work tables, one of which has its own bathroom. It has a kitchen, bathroom and terrace as common areas. The house has a 4th bedroom that is not available for rent. Estación 13 also offers services from a production house known as Argentina 13, developing creative projects in their different stages such as development, production and post-production.

It's important to note that Estación 13 is a hostel and a house that produces audiovisual and cinematographic media. The house with 3 bedrooms is available to guests, but the fourth bedroom and common areas may be required to a lesser extent for the company's economic activity. Since the guest space is located at the back of the house, it is not invaded at all.

Very good place to stay, very good location, it looks like a museum. The only downside is that you can't stay past check-out time, and the owners live right there. You had to share some areas with the owners, such as the kitchen, the living room, and the apartment's entrance and exit.

Muy buen alojamiento, muy buena ubicación, parece museo, lo unico malo es que no puedes haces after y los dueños viven ahí mismo, se tenía que compartir algunas estancias con los dueños por ejemplo la cocina, la estancia, la entrada y salida del departamento.
