The Space

This two-story apartment includes furnished terraces with ocean views and the following layout:

Upper Floor

• Large dining area.
• Living room with a television and ceiling fans.
• Kitchen.
• Full bathroom.
• Bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning.
• Furnished terraces overlooking the ocean.

Ground Floor

• Master bedroom with a king-size bed, air conditioning, television, and a double inflatable mattress.
• Private terrace connected to the master bedroom.
• Full bathroom shared with the small bunk room.
• Small bunk room with a fan.

The kitchen features traditional Mexican tiles and offers views of the sea and living room while you cook. The living room has a square layout and can accommodate more than 10 people as single beds by removing the backrest cushions.

Capacity and Pricing

• The apartment is recommended for six people, and the base price applies to groups of six.
• The apartment can accommodate up to twice that number of guests.
• An additional fee applies for each guest starting with the seventh:
  • Low season: $480 pesos per person.
  • High season: $1,000 pesos per person.
• Only registered guests may use the apartment and the complex’s common areas, as condominium rules do not permit visitors.

Amenities

• Three sets of snorkeling equipment, including one set for a child.
• Golf cart transportation within the condominium for senior citizens, pregnant women, and people with physical disabilities who use wheelchairs or crutches.
