The Space

Tamarindo Diria 403 is a spacious fourth-floor, two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom condominium located directly across from Playa Tamarindo. Enjoy ocean breezes, beautiful sunsets, and a comfortable retreat with:

The full kitchen overlooks the lush valley. The master suite includes a private balcony, flat-screen television, and a spacious bathroom with a Jacuzzi-sized tub. The junior suite features two twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed, along with a private bathroom and large shower.

The condominium is situated within the El Diria Hotel grounds in the heart of Tamarindo, directly across from the white sands of Playa Tamarindo. Shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and activities are all within easy walking distance.

Some hotel facilities are reserved exclusively for hotel guests.

Chef services require a minimum of seven days’ notice. Last-minute requests may be accommodated when possible. Referrals can be provided, but these services cannot be scheduled on your behalf.

Important Details

• Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
• The property has a zero-tolerance policy for parties and excessive noise.
• Complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, noise-monitoring alerts, or other evidence of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. may result in fines of up to $1,000, possible eviction, and legal action if authorities are involved.
• The homeowners’ association and security team require additional guest information, including names, identification numbers, and/or identification photos.
• Due to La Diria’s security protocols, a photo of each guest’s identification must be provided before arrival.
• Costa Rica residents booking with a local credit card may be charged value-added tax by their bank in addition to the Airbnb tax. This separate local fee is processed automatically by the bank and must be handled directly with the bank.
