Policies and Important Details

• Parties and events are strictly prohibited. A no-tolerance policy is enforced regarding loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Complaints or noise violations may result in fines up to $1,000, eviction, and/or legal action.
• Your reservation includes a damage protection policy covering accidental damages up to $1,000. Willful or negligent damage will incur additional charges based on the extent of damage.
• Costa Rica residents using local credit cards may be subject to an automatic IVA tax charged by their bank, separate from Airbnb fees. This is handled directly with the bank.
• For security reasons, a photo ID of each guest is required prior to arrival.
