Located in the exclusive Vista Vela community in Cabo San Lucas, the condo is just 10 minutes from downtown Cabo and the marina, and only a 2-minute walk to Costco. It is also a short drive from Medano Beach, placing you close to top amenities and restaurants.

Bedroom Arrangements

• Master Bedroom: King-size bed, large walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with double vanity, and a private balcony overlooking panoramic views of Cabo San Lucas Bay and the Sea of Cortez at sunrise.
• Second Bedroom: Two full-size beds, ideal for families or friends.
• Third Bedroom: King-size bed situated near the entrance for added privacy.

All bedrooms include smart TVs and en-suite bathrooms for maximum convenience.

The open-concept kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, creating an inviting space for gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped with:

Other Information

• A $12 Environmental Fee per stay will apply to all bookings starting February 1, 2025, to support local sustainability efforts.
• Vista Vela is a developing luxury community; some condos nearby may still be under construction. While you may hear construction noise upon arrival, the condo’s interior design helps minimize sound intrusion so you can relax.
• This property may not be suitable for guests who are highly sensitive to noise or seeking complete quiet.
• Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 6 guests. Exceeding this limit will result in denied check-in.
• Daytime visitors are allowed as long as the maximum occupancy is not exceeded. Violations will incur a $250 USD fine.
• Pets are not permitted. If traveling with a pet or service dog, please notify us in advance so we can assist with alternative accommodations. Last-minute arrivals with pets will not be allowed.
• External vendors are not permitted inside the property to maintain security and comfort. Our concierge can recommend trusted vendors if needed.
• Monthly reservations are accepted; however, an additional refundable security deposit of $300 USD per month may apply. Please confirm before booking.
