Tuvimos algunos problemas con los aire acondicionados, el agua caliente, y el baño de la habitación de servicios. El Jacuzzi de la alberca no estaba en funcionamiento. El resto bastante bien.

The home is big with an good kitchen , a couple things were broken like the only plug in the main master bathroom was not working ( I was not able to use my airbrush ) the ac in the master bedroom need batteries ( someone was send quick to replace the batteries) Room down stairs door was so hard to open its very beat up , the house just needs lots of maintenance Lots of little bugs in the living room dining room and kitchen ( was told it was ants ) My major complaint is about the pool for 2 days it had a sign saying it was not good for use since it had chemicals ( this is very sad since it’s so hot all we wanted was to be in the pool ) Overall the house is in a good location and security service is the best part of this house always very friendly and helpful.

Our family loved this place. So close to the shared pool but no one was ever around so we mostly had it to ourselves. The house was very clean but there were a few nats in the downstairs bathroom, but no one stayed in that room so it didn’t bother us. They helped us so much through the process of booking and was able to help us book other amenities before we even got there. Thank you so much for your help

Overall great experience. Great value for what we paid but there were just a few things that kept this from being a 5 star. First for a place that sleeps 11, there wasn’t enough water or toilet paper to last. We either needed to ration or buy more. The wifi was good in the living room, but none of the beds. One bed had a blown out mattress that made it so it only slept 1. I’d say you could have only slept about 6 comfortably, if the mattresses were better and it was a proper pull out couch/bed, that would massively improve the place.

It was a great place to stay. We had a big group of people staying and yet we still felt like we had a lot of room. and the local amenities and restaurants are great places to stop while you're there.
