The property is strictly non-smoking indoors and outdoors. Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, hookahs, marijuana, or hashish, is prohibited. Guests are also asked not to smoke immediately outside the property to respect neighbors.
The host offers complimentary concierge services to connect guests with local tours, spa treatments, transportation, surf lessons, and dining options. All bookings require a 24-hour cancellation policy. Payments for excursions and services are made directly to vendors, mostly in cash. Surf lessons require advance payment collected the day before.
Casa Ilios is not a party venue. It is intended for relaxing, socializing, and enjoying meals with friends and family. Only guests registered in the reservation are allowed on the property. No additional visitors are permitted for security reasons.
