Tuvimos un imprevisto ajeno a Jan con el edificio de la reserva original. Desde el minuto uno se puso a buscar soluciones y nos ofreció reubicarnos en una propiedad en una mejor zona de Los Cabos. Un departamento increíble con vistas bellas, y nos respetó el mismo precio sin pensarlo. Se nota que le importa que tengas una buena experiencia. Comunicación clara, rápido para responder y resolutivo. Si buscan un host que de verdad se preocupa, Jan es la persona. Gracias por salvarnos el viaje. Regresamos seguro.

Two nice pools, beautiful morning sunrise views of the valley. Jan was a great host, arranged airport transportation and was very accommodating. For a spot close to the marina this is a great choice. Quiet, great indoor/outdoor space.

Love Cabo, this 3BD/3BA condo is ideal for groups and families. The hosts were communicative and helpful, went 100% smoothly. EVERYTHING is walkable from here. Hassle free stay and amazing value. Pro Tip: get lots of water for drinking and cooking and brew your own coffee at home. Also grab extra tacos from anywhere and eat them at home when you want a snack. Thanks Jan! Definitely coming back.

He tenido experiencias en Airbnb a lo largo del mundo y sin dudas está se lleva 5 Diamantes, Jan demostró Acountrability y Empowerment para hacer de este hospedaje el mejor de todos, sin duda todos y cada uno de los lugares que ofrece este anfitrión son de otro nivel tanto en ubicación, condiciones del alojamiento y el servicio extraordinario algo que se valora mucho hoy en día y muy pocos pueden ofrecer. Sin duda recomendaría y volvería siempre a los espacios de este anfitrión. Si estás buscando no solo un espacio, si no tranquilidad y soporte en tu alojamiento... este es el lugar.
