Location and Construction Notice
Los Cabos is a growing resort area, and construction may occur at any time without notice. Cabo Villas has no control over construction projects or schedules, but we will do our best to assist if construction causes an inconvenience.
Guest Access
Villa Alegria is a private home within a gated community. Guests have private access to the entire home, pool, and other property areas, except for the locked owner’s closet.
Important House Rules
- The minimum age for all guests is 25, excluding children traveling with their parents.
- Excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
- Noise or other disturbing behavior after 10:00 p.m. in a gated community may result in a fine.
- Extra-person fees apply after the 14th guest.
- No pets are allowed unless specifically pre-authorized.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
- Weddings, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, and other events are not permitted unless specifically pre-authorized and the required event fee has been paid.
- Disorderly conduct, nudity, and disrespectful treatment of security guards are prohibited at all times.
- Fines of up to $3,000 may be issued without warning. Guests are fully responsible for paying these fines.
Occupancy and Guest Information
The total number of people allowed at the property at any time is limited to the contracted number of guests for the reservation. The renter must disclose the total number of people in the group and provide the name of every group member. See the rental rules for additional terms.
Please list no more than two children under 12 in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with their parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.
Reservation Requirements
By booking a reservation, you agree to sign the Rental Agreement within 24 hours and comply with all terms and conditions stated in the agreement.
A seven-night minimum stay applies over December 25 and January 1. If the reservation includes both holidays, a 14-night minimum stay is required.
High school and college spring break groups are not permitted without prior approval. An additional deposit is required for approved groups.

it was not what I expected, poor quality beds for the place and what it costs the night. I do not recommend that elderly people go since they are too many stairs and it is very poorly distributed everything. very large house and do not have boilers with the ability to heat the water since the first night we did not have hot water and it was very cold.

We had a lot of fun here, the house staff is excellent! The taste of Mexico catering group made our mornings and the Isla pelican that the concierge recommended were a group highlight. It was a really beautiful place with beautiful views. The only negative experience we had was in regards to the taxi services; taxis and airport transit were VERY expensive. We did not feel the concierge was straight forward with us about our options, which felt sneaky. Not only was it insane prices for short distances ($100+ for an 7 minute drive, for example) - which was NOT communicated to us before taking the taxi - the taxi also arrived an hour late to pick us up. We negotiated with the drivers given the situation, and they ended up accepting $40 but a group member forgot their phone in the van. They held her phone hostage until we paid the other $64 for the 7 minute ride which put us all in a high alert situation as that felt very aggressive. When we let the house know, they defended the driver! Given the concierge did not gives us options, did not tell us the insanely high price before we entered the vehicle, the hour late ride leaving us stranded, and the aggressive phone hostage situation, it felt very unprofessional and part of a scam. It wasn’t until after that we realized we could have been using Uber that whole time. Learn from us and Uber or walk!!

Wow! What a fantastic house in a fantastic location. We stayed with 8 girls and it’s such a safe neighborhood and so close to everything. Our concierge was Giovanni and he took such great care of arranging every little thing we needed during our stay. We loved relaxing in the pool at the end of each day and there was so much room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. Cabo villas does a great job of adding a ton of value by assisting with so many trip arrangements like transportation, chefs, groceries, activities making the whole experience top notch. If you stay during the summer be sure to walk down to the private beach for the best sunset views and fireworks.

CaboVillas is incredible. They made planning so easy from catering to airport pickups to taxi rides. The concierge made the stay so nice. We love Giovani! We never needed to follow up and see where anyone was for scheduled rides or house visits. All staff were on time and incredibly nice. The house itself is huge and clean. We will be back!

I do not recommend this villa!!!! I paid a lot of money to go enjoy a nice vacation with my family and it was a nightmare. The rooms were full of ants. The fridge did not work and spoiled all the food I had bought for the kids. The main A.C unit was not working and the house was extremely hot ..
