Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and pool area, except for the locked owner’s closet.

Policies and Important Information

• Minimum guest age is 25 years old (children traveling with parents are exempt).
• Excessive noise is prohibited at all times.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am.
• Noise or disruptive behavior after 10:00 pm in the gated community may result in fines.
• Additional fees apply for guests beyond the 14th person.
• By booking, guests agree to sign the Rental Agreement within 24 hours and accept all terms and conditions.
• Pets are not allowed unless specifically authorized in advance.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
• Events such as weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties require prior authorization and payment of an event fee.
• Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests stated in the reservation.
• The renter must disclose the names and number of all guests in their group.
• Only two children under 12 should be listed in the “Children” field; the first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Additional children must be counted as adults.
• Disorderly conduct, nudity, disrespect toward security personnel, and excessive noise may result in fines up to $3,000 without warning. Guests are responsible for these fines.
• A minimum stay of 7 nights is required for December 25 and January 1. If both holidays are included, a 14-night minimum applies.
• High school and college spring break groups are not allowed without prior approval and an additional deposit.
